Staff are very helpful for check in. We don’t need to park overnight but the guy is nice to let us park for a while to load luggages and check in. Also our room is very clean and tidy. Everyday provide us drinking water and towels without call. Overall I like this hotel’s service.

The hotel is not next to but walkable to shopping areas and eateries. Although its location is not as convenient as those hotels in the Hakata Station area, it has the benefit of being quiet. The room was also very clean and well designed. The only setback being the pillows, which are very hard and thick. I had to remove the pillows before I could fall asleep.

This was a great location for exploring Fukuoka. Buses, train stations, grocery shops, restaurants, and convenience stores were all easily accessible. The room (twin Japanese style) was small but clean & had everything we needed.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and tidy. The shower, in particular, was very soothing with optimal heat and flow. I already look forward to staying at it again a few days later, after a short stay away.
