We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean and the location is superb. Literally outside Hakata station. Breakfast is good but need to change sometimes, the food is good but if you eat same breakfast everyday the whole time you stay you will get tired of eating the same kind of food.

Change procedure on eco cleaning . they should not only leave the towels and garbage bag by the door.. housekeeping should go inside change towels and clear garbage . There should be at least 2 pillows and two sets of towels

I Booked two nights at this hotel mainly because the Klook tour I joined meets right outside the entrance. When I made the reservation, the price showed around $500 CAD for two nights, but after all the charges, my CAD credit card ended up being billed HKD 6000 Hong Kong dollars, which is almost double what I expected. I still don’t understand why it was converted to Hong Kong dollars. The hotel itself was okay, and the front desk staff’s English was understandable, but not the others. However, they never told me that I needed to place a sign on the door for housekeeping to clean the room. Even if they weren’t going to do full cleaning, they should refill the essentials and provide bottled water at least. Also, when I went to the front desk to ask for water bring to my room, the staff simply handed me the bottles and told me to bring them to my room myself. For a hotel that cost $500 CAD per night, I expected to have a better service. There is many hotel with in walking distance at the 博多車站。 do your research。
