Pros - The room was clean, modern, somewhat spacious for 5 with luggage, great location, easy access to street markets and walking distance to Hakata station. Cons - bunkbed was broken and repaired with piece of plywood only half way though (super uncomfortable, couch bed underneath was comfy on one side as it was broke as well. No dryer, hang clothes only, no receptacles up top. All in all a great place, we would stay again.
Someone broke the bed and this is how they fixed it

They have utensils (bowls, fork, spoons, chopsticks, pans, pots)and microwave, which is perfect for food from the convenient store. And washing machine for laundry. One thing which i thought could be better, is to have power points upstairs in the loft. Would havr given 4 stars for overall rating cos of the little inconvenience in charging gadgets, but what they have more than make up for it. There are also hp chargers around. Solid

Value for money

For the price, it is value for money. The place is accessible by bus from the Hakata Train Station/Bus Terminal. Check-in was smooth using the IPAD at the entrance. We were on the 2nd floor. There is no lift but that was not an issue. The unit is very clean. It was great to have a small kitchen, full size refrigerator, and a bathroom with shower/tub, bidet toilet, and washing machine. Aircon was perfect. It was a challenge though reaching the beds located on the loft because of the steep ladder. Futon mattresses were a bit thin for our liking. But overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location and price. This is a loft style apartment. Could fit 4 adults. 5 minutes from a subway station. Not suitable for elderly. Perfect for a couple, or young people traveling as a group. We would stay there again.

提供的筷子跟湯匙都是很老舊的，湯匙還是一般便利商店的塑膠湯匙，沒有大碗只提供小碟子，比手掌還小的那種尺寸，沒有抹布喔，是提供餐巾紙。 高架的上下舖上層床架，整個歪斜，踩下去感覺快要塌掉了。 房間不提供拖鞋腳很冰冷，暖氣完全沒有任何作用。
提供的餐具都很陽春，最好自己帶
這個床鋪很恐怖，感覺要塌了
上方的合適空間還算可以

きれいで快適でした。ただ近所の人の足音や声が響いて気になりました。あとお湯が10分しか出ないと言うのもどうかと思います。洗濯機があるのはよかったですし、キッチンも綺麗で十分な設備があったと思います。

推薦給家族或團體旅遊但預算有限的旅客~

這次是帶家人與好朋友(共四人)一起到福岡旅遊，挑高夾層的空間可以睡2~3人，樓下還有一個上下舖。行李的話稍微橋一下是可以分別打開整理的。有廚房及乾濕分離的衛浴。以價位來看CP值很高(一個人平均下來才650台幣)，唯一美中不足的部分設備及內裝有一定程度的使用感，但是我認為對得起房價收費。交通部分位於渡邊通及藥院之間，附近有大型超市、傳統市場、三大超商，我覺得很方便。

I travel alone, so the space is good enough for me. It's really cold indoor,but I didn't ask them. Probably my problem that I didn't know how to adjust the temperature with A/C. And my phone couldn't find the wifi, but I had esim. Not a big deal.

체크인 문제

체크인하는것이 어렵습니다 체크인 카운터와 숙소가 다르다고해서 체크인 하는곳으로 갔는데 사람도없고 태블릿으로하는 체크인이 잘 안되고 관리자가 늦게 왔는데 해결이 잘안되 어려움이 많았습니다 숙박시설은 청결하고 편리했습니다
