Step into a refined open-plan living and dining area, where plush seating and a modern TV setup create an inviting atmosphere to relax after work or enjoy quiet evenings at home. Large sliding doors fill the space with natural light and open onto a long private balcony, perfect for unwinding or enjoying a peaceful break throughout the day.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a practical breakfast bar, offering everything needed for everyday cooking and extended stays.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms with elegant double beds and tasteful décor, designed to provide restful nights and a calm atmosphere. A third room has been thoughtfully converted into a dedicated office space, complete with a spacious desk and ergonomic chair — ideal for remote work, study, or longer professional stays. All beds come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

For added convenience, the apartment includes three bathrooms. One guest toilet is located near the entrance, while the main bathroom features a relaxing bathtub. The master bedroom also benefits from a private en-suite bathroom, ensuring extra comfort and privacy. Fresh towels are provided for your stay.

Private parking is also available, offering additional comfort and practicality for guests staying for several weeks or months.

Guests have full access to the apartment, including all living areas, the kitchen, and the expansive balcony. The building is equipped with an elevator, ensuring easy access to the property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A stylish and comfortable apartment in the heart of Funchal, just a short walk from the historic Old Town and the marina. Guests can explore Mercado dos Lavradores, enjoy the lively cafés and restaurants along the waterfront, and visit the famous cable car to Monte with its stunning panoramic views.
The area is also close to museums, gardens, and seaside promenades, offering the perfect mix of culture, relaxation, and ocean scenery. With easy access to Madeira’s hiking trails, viewpoints, and natural attractions, it’s an ideal base for discovering the island.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
There is no train station in Funchal or Madeira Island, as public transport is mainly provided by buses. Several bus stops are located within a short walking distance (2–5 minutes) from the property, offering connections across Funchal and surrounding areas.
Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.


We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
