Front Desk Clerk Lori was amazing, extremely welcoming after a long day. Fabulous smile, recommended a great place to eat. As well as change my room assignment for my personal needs. She is a wonderful individual. We need more people like her in this world. Hotel was excellent, clean and remodeled beautifully. I will definitely be staying there again. When I am in town for my business trips. Thank you 🙏

The hotel owner dropped expedia after we made the reservation, but neither the hotel nor expedia told us. It took a half hour to straighten out with a canceled expedia reservation and a new hotel reservation. Why did neither of them think it was ok to ignore the issue until we showed up towing our luggage? The guy at the counter was helpful, but the two corportions sucked
