Beautiful house 1st row to the water

The holiday home is beautifully situated in natural surroundings on a 5,000 m² natural plot, just 200 metres from the water.



The house features a combined living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. From the dining table there is a view of the water, and the seating area offers plenty of space for cosy family time with several sofas, armchairs, small tables and reading lamps. The living room is equipped with a smart TV, radio and CD player. A Chrome dongle and HDMI connection are available for TV use. Free fibre-optic internet is provided and can be used both wirelessly and via cable.



There are two bedrooms with three-quarter beds and one bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms offer ample wardrobe space. In addition, two extra mattresses are available and can be placed on the floor if needed. One bedroom has direct access to a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom features a shower, spa, access to a sauna and a toilet in a small separate room. Wicker furniture is available for relaxation after bathing.



The entrance area is a west-facing covered terrace directly connected to the kitchen, making it an ideal spot for a snack before dinner.



At the northern end of the property you can explore a small forest, or enjoy the dramatic landscape and sunsets over the Limfjord and the island of Mors from your own bench. Several places on the property offer unique views of the water and coastline.



As the house is located in the hills and directly on the north coast of Fur, many of the island’s beautiful hiking trails begin right outside the door. Several beaches are also within walking distance. The nearest beach is 700 metres away along Emmelstenvej, a quiet forest road with very little traffic.



Fur is ideal for cycling. Bicycles can be rented at the tourist information office at the harbour, approximately 6 km away.



Jesperhus Flower Park is within driving distance and offers not only a flower park but also indoor and outdoor water attractions.

The wild National Park Thy is also within driving distance, for example 78 km to Stenbjerg Landing Place.

For music enthusiasts, Fur Bryghus is less than 5 km away and hosts both intimate and larger concerts throughout the season. Please check the venue’s website for details.

Special note regarding wireless internet: There are no wireless meters or similar installations inside the house itself. These are located in a shed 30 metres from the house. By turning off the wireless network in the house, it is possible to enjoy a holiday with relatively low electromagnetic exposure. Note: Not for commercial rental.
