Helpful staff stored our luggage until checkin. Buffet breakfast had many choices (including very fresh sushi and local Hokkaido specialties). Rooms and onsen were very clean.

The hotel has both public and private onsen and provides probiotic drinks, wafer ice cream and popsicles after guests had done onsen. The highlight of the stay is clearly the wide range of both Western and Japanese foods available at its buffet breakfast. Room is very clean and comfortable. Front desk and service staff are very polite and helpful.

The hotel is filled with little frills that made the stay very enjoyable. It has late night ramen, it has sufficient laundry facilities and onsen as well. Would come back again if staying in Furano again
