Welcome to your retreat just outside Vienna! This charming holiday home is set in a peaceful, green location and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay – whether with family, friends, or simply to unwind.
The house spreads across two floors with around 180 m² of living space. It features two cozy bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine provide extra convenience.
A true highlight is the expansive garden: around 3,500 m² are exclusively available to you, including a pool area, a terrace with dining space, a lounge corner, and your very own private pond – perfect for swimming in summer or even ice bathing in winter. The bright winter garden offers a cozy spot to relax all year round.
The house is also used by the owner and therefore has an authentic, slightly traditional character with some personal belongings. It’s not a sterile holiday rental, but a real home full of charm.
The location couldn’t be better: a Spar supermarket is just 500 meters away, reachable in about 7 minutes on foot. By car, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace in 20 minutes and Vienna’s city center (Schottentor) in around 40 minutes. Local dining options include the traditional wine tavern Zum Schreiber, the hearty XXL Grill, and the charming Zum feinen Kleinen. In nearby Purkersdorf, the well-known restaurant Nikodemus is also worth a visit.
