House was in a nice neighborhood and clean. Some of beds could be more comfortable. Very convenient to UF and multiple places to eat. Would stay again. Host was very pleasant and helpful!

We didn't stay. the host canceled 2 hours before check in. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. Also, VRBO customer service is TERRIBLE. The customer service reps are in India and couldn't help us with rebooking due to their time zone (10 1/2 hours ahead of us) and were in the next day. We will stay in our current booked VRBOs but not after. The host should not be allowed to rent this property

Dirty and not stocked

The property was large and spacious but the remotes on the TVs did not work, there were only 2 forks, not enough towels are provided and the place is very dirty. The walls, the door sills, refrigerator handles , AC vents etc were all very disgusting. One bed was hard as floor, two beds squeaked at every movement. Just place was not up kept.

First of all, i never voluntarily received check in instructions, but i didnt receive any checkout instructions either. I am fairly certain that no one cleaned this house between renters. If they did, they need another cleaning crew. The trash was stacked up with no where to put ours. The floors werent clean and the showers werent either. The fridge wasnt keeping food cold. But if youre looking for a big place with alot of room but not concerned with any of these things then this place is for u.

House was dirty on our arrival. We contacted host and got a hotel room for the night. They cleaned it again the next morning and we moved in but we still did more cleaning ourself(filthy vents,cleaned floor). We did not have a key to access the pool contacted host who said she will get us one and never did. Also, you need to pay for the Wi-Fi to login. House size is as described but just needs a little updating and a deep clean. Host was very nice to talk with I believe that she just needs a new cleaning crew and things would be OK.

We paid and never stayed! Host didn’t have the correct code!

Terrible experience! Host gave us a bad code at check in and we were unable to get in. She ghosted us and when I called VRBO she refunded our stay. Our family of 11 had to scramble to find something else! Pictures online of this house did not portray the real situation. Overgrown weeds, trash outside, outdoor grill was disgusting and so much more. We went shopping before we were suppose to check in - we had so much food waste. Ice, ice cream, meat that we couldn’t grill or cook, vegetables that went bad!
