Better than we expected, based on the reviews we read. We have stayed here many times and have seen an improving trend. The room looked recently renovated and was in generally good condition, though the mirror was sitting on the floor and the room had a large empty area where it seemed like a chair and table should have been. The door locks were in good condition and the AC worked well and was quiet. They are pretty skimpy on towels (2 bath towels, one washcloth one hand towel). The exterior still looks pretty bad, with worn steps, old paint and dirty looking exterior floors. The parking lot has several uneven areas and some broken pavement. Overall, acceptable at the price, and we've certainly stayed in worse in the vicinity. On an improving trend.

Thank you to Amy at front desk for being on point with my reservations. The housekeepers are extremely polite! I was impressed with the upgraded rooms and FINALLY had a working open pool to enjoy with my son. Really great experience and easy check in!

I chose this place because of its location for what I wanted to be closer to and it's price of less than $100 a night. Mistake. I booked a kid room and asked for a 1st floor. 6 weeks before the booking date. Go to check in the lady at the desk says you have a double Queen of the 2 floor. I said no I booked a king. She says OK. Then I asked about the 1st floor. We are sold out. Requested 6 weeks ago seriously. Ok. So I go to my room up the rusty busted steps past the strong smell Marijuana coming from a few people sitting outside there room drinking. Open my door to a double Queen. Not a king! Non smoking but smelled like at some point it was a smoking room. Asked the desk about the room again. That's all we have available..... what's the point of making a reservation ? Ok leftovers still in refrigerator. Used Press on nails laying in the floor. 1 towel. 1 wash cloth. No matter if it's a single or double room. Who only puts 1 towel in the room? 1 cup for using for coffee or rinsing when brushing your teeth. The bed did seem clean and I didn't notice any bugs in the room anywhere so that's good at least. Free Internet that kept kicking me off was not fun. I wasn't going to use the pool anyway but I did look at it. No chairs or anything around the pool area and the water was nothing I would have gotten in anyway. It's June so I'm sure some people would have liked to. I didn't waste my time checking out anything else about the property. Nope!

s the worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life. Dirty, broken down, no service, no phone, no towels in the room and I am pretty sure there were bed bugs. I can’t believe Expedia would include a place like this in their options.

The only plus is proximity to Road Atlanta. Dirty washcloth in the shower, bed is a box spring on a platform, dirty, smelly, climate control is noisy, I had a do not disturb sign out and they still made up my room, will not stay again
