Loved this hotel. Everything was extremely clean. The staff was great. The bed was super comfy. The hot tub, chimney and big tv were our favorite part.

It was a little noisy. We were on the 2nd floor near the lobby, and the noise carried because it was all open. Also the toilet paper holder was terrible. You had to use 2 hands to get any paper off the roll.

This is a pleasant facility with a big indoor lap pool and a gym. At the back of the building they have a big deck. The deck overlooks a large pond and a large grassy area which feels like an oasis. It is located not far from downtown. The staff is friendly and they provide a decent free breakfast. All in all, a very nice facility and a great value

Unfortunately, we paid extra for a "garden view" but got a view of the roof. Also, given what we paid, there was no smart tv? However the bar was lovely. Good hours too! Pool left some to be desired and the hot tub was honestly kind of pathetic. Most of the jets don't work. If you need an employee, good luck. There is nobody at the front desk pretty much ever. They just put up a sign that says "if you need us after 5 minutes of standing here, call..." If you're going to buy anything from the "market"(the little shop in the lobby with drinks and snacks and the like) you need an employee. I've had much worse experiences at hotels but I feel like, for what we paid, this was over all sub-par. Oh! The outdoor deck is also nice.

Toilet did not flush in our room. I’m on a break and I had to do bathroom maintenance. The chain was disconnected from the flapper. I had to reach into the tank, get the chain and reattach it. It still doesn’t flush. I have to manually do it lift up the lid off of the tank every time we use the bathroom. Not an ideal situation to say the least. I told the front desk about it and they said oh OK. You fixed it. I said no, I didn’t. I still need to adjust it. Nobody offered me compensation for this. I should have money taken off of this.
