We booked for the suit online because the hotel had good reviews but when we checked in they said the suit wasn’t available so they gave us a 2 bed room. The toilet didn’t work so we told them & they switched us to a different room. The room they switched us to one of the beds sunk in like it was broken, the other mattress was hard & the sink was kind of clogged. The wifi wasn’t great either. They also tried charging my card multiple times but my bank blocked it thankfully. The staff was nice though & the breakfast was good but i wouldn’t recommend staying here.

This property was inexpensive to book. The people could not have been nicer. The shower was hot, the refrigerator in the room a decent size. The breakfast- it was amazing. The lovely lady who put our breakfast together was very nice. Food was cooked to order and the coffee was fabulous. The only down side- we were on the 2nd floor and it smelled like a bar in the 1980s. The smoke smell was very strong. My nonsmoking room- smelled like smoke. I have asthma so this was probably a bigger deal to me than others. I so want to give a better review because the people were so nice.

Hotels/motels in this area are limited. Unfortunately, we will not likely stay at this facility again and will drive further for better facilities. It’s very evident property management does not maintain the property to justify the cost for a stay (see photos). We tried to overlook some of the deficiencies thinking a good night’s sleep on a comfortable bed would make the stay worthwhile; however, the king bed and pillows were about the most uncomfortable we’ve ever experienced. We could feel the bed springs in the mattress and the pillows were half the size of s normal standard pillow and were not comfortable. Mold was present in the bathroom; tiles falling in; holes in the drapes; etc. We would NOT recommend this facility. Do yourself a favor and get a good night’s sleep someplace else. YMMV.

Dated but Comfortable

Overnight stop while traveling. My room was clean enough, but everything was very old and dated, with the possible exception of the bed. The bed was actually quite comfortable with nice linens. The hotel was tucked away in an industrial looking area, but was quiet and felt safe.

Visited from out of state for a wedding. We ended up staying in a suite. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issues I had were that the latch lock was broken and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work or it didnt have one. The bathroom floor became very slippery because of the moisture buildup.

We were put in a dirty room. Both trashcans were full of trash. There were soda can rings on the nightstand. And the bed wasnt made. The carpets definitely needed an overhaul. The only positive thing that I can say is that it was close to the Mothman Museum, which is why we were staying.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Quality Inn was so awful that I had to say something. I stayed here with my family, and we always book non-smoking rooms due to my sensitivity to smoke — it makes me nauseous. Despite our clear request, the second floor hallway reeked of cigarette smoke so badly that the smell lingered in my hair and seeped into our room. It was absolutely disgusting. Cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. I don’t care about fancy amenities — I just want a clean place to sleep. Instead, we walked into a room that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages: Toilet looked like it had never seen a toilet brush. Phone was coated in dust — decades' worth, it seemed. Walls had brown stains on them — no idea what they were, but it was disturbing. Comforter had blue ink stains all over it. I took photos and videos of everything and will be posting them because people deserve to see what they’re walking into. I don’t recommend staying here to anyone, especially if you care about cleanliness or have any sensitivity to smoke. FYI. The app won't let me add photos. Even though it says I can add at least 8.

There was no water upon arrival. Staff was not apologetic about it at all. The guy seemed irritated by the whole thing, the gal seemed to think it was hilarious, which it wasn't. There was a ruckus in the parking lot outside our window early in the morning, waking us up. Looked like a car getting towed by a wrecker, but the operator kept setting off car alarms. The breakfast was limited, minimal choices, mediocre quality, with cruddy coffee. The room was smelly and seemed dirty. Amenities are quite sparse, like not even a soap dish. The body wash for the shower was attached to the wall about 3 feet away from the shower. Now THAT is hilarious. There are better choices in the area. We won't be staying here again.
