Clean room| Available Parking| Air Conditioning| Considering the cost, location and age of the building it was a decent place. A great place to spend a night when traveling through town. The breakfast was minimal. I tried to make a waffle but it was half cooked when I took it out of the waffle maker. Overall it was not bad for my over night stay.

Its close to railroad tracks so if you don't mind the noise, it's a good place to stay. We were tired so it didn't bother us.
