Down the hall youâll find the bunk bedroom that sleeps up to 3 guests with a pyramid bunk. Additional sleeping can be found in the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The full bath off the hall features a shower/tub combo perfect for relaxing your kiddos before bedtime or rinsing off a days' worth of fun in the water.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so youâll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if thereâs anything you need!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES On the West End, youâll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away â The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
We really enjoyed the whole facility. The fbi had one complaint, the mattress in the primary room could use replacing, but even that wouldnât keep me from rebooking. This is a great spot for families and has easy access to both town and beaches.
Property was excellent and very well organized. It had everything we needed and more. Master bedroom had a king size bed and beautiful walk in shower. The 2nd room had a bunk bed with full size bottom and a trundle. The washer and dryer in the unit was a life safer. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
Master bathroom sink was dirty with what appeared to be menâs beard trimmings. Kids bedroom top bunk did not have sheets put on. The bottom bunk sheets and comforter was believed to be dirty. The glass access door to balcony had a lock but was not functional which is a problem considering we had a toddler that could open the door. The AC did not cool effectively even with the sun shades down and unoccupied for most of the day. Inside temperature stayed around 74.
This property is more concerned with glass near the pool area than taking care of ridding ants near the pool area and disinfecting properly after a dead bird was in the children's pool area.
It is a very nice property. However, the slide is NEVER working, and the staff don't seem to care enough to attend to this issue.
The check in and check out process is not at all easy or convenient.
The staff is not at all overly friendly. All units are owned, and the Diamond Beach Condos staff just maintains the common areas. Or, do they?? Broken slide, ants, etc. etc.
There is no daily housekeeping. There are NO pool towels provided. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, extra dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent, extra bath towels and pillows and sheets, if you may need them because you won't be able to get anything extra at all other than what is in your rented unit.
One more thing: if there is any issue with your unit you rent (broken toilet, lock not working, etc.), you have to contact the property management company who through you booked....the property itself does not fix anything.
Check in: you have to park in circle drive and buzz in (hopefully, the front desk will be there...otherwise you will be standing outside the glass doors to the elevator forever), go to 2nd floor to check in and get key fob which you will need to get into parking garage and pool area and beach. The front desk staff does not tell you helpful info to know.
Albeit, the property is NICE!
