Wonderful family vacation

We loved our stay here! This beach house is spacious and well stocked! Small touches like plenty of coffee, an ice maker, and fun games made us feel welcomed! We loved the porches, the proximity to the beach, well stocked kitchen, and privacy of bedrooms. Great place to stay with a peaceful stretch of beach to enjoy!

The house was beautiful, clean and so spacious. Plenty of room for my husband and I, our five children, spouses and our grand baby. Girl’s Trip

What a beautiful home and so perfect for our annual girl’s trip. The house was so pretty, roomy and the beds were so comfortable! We loved all the nice personal touches like the fluffy bedding, amenity kits in the bathrooms, games, beach wagon & chairs, and staples in the kitchen. We had a minor issue with the lock on the door (due to the extreme heat making the door frame swell) and Jay was super quick to respond. He came to the house and showed us the trick. We will definitely plan another vacation here!

Best on the Beach

Just an absolute knockout. Breeze Knees made this year's annual holiday stay in Galveston the best ever. There were none of us, and we fit with ease. The house would handle many more. Brand new construction and the finish out is yummy. Particularly enjoyed the big kitchen table, roomy family area and great kitchen. Hosts are so thoughtful. The kitchen is the best equpped of any I have stayed in. Great appliances, plenty of cookware and table ware. Towels, shampoos, etc. are all A+. Super responsive and easy to work with. Of course, just a short walk to the beach, close to all of Galveston's many attractions. If they would have let me move in, I would have.

Breathtaking beach house far exceeding our expectations!

Knowing we'd be the first renters of this breathtaking beach home, we were a bit hesitant to book it without prior reviews or recommendations. But we could not have been more pleasantly surprised & happy with our choice! From the moment we pulled in we were just wowed by the stunning exterior and unbeatable location of this brand-spanking new gem in Gavelston Beach. Walking into the home was equally incredible - that feeling we all got when we first stepped in can only be described as blown away. The main floor is a gorgeous open-concept common area that took our breath away. Brand new furniture, appliances, and fixtures that looked like it was straight out of a magazine. The big beautiful dining table sat all 9 of us comfortably and we made incredible memories in the open-concept living/dining area. The bedrooms were equally stunning. Usually our family (my wife and I, two sons in their early 20s and one 9-year old) has to decide who gets the best bedroom, but here there were no arguments - each bedroom was equally spacious, beautifully appointed, and clean. Big screen TVs in each of the bedrooms (except one) were great, though we didn't want to waste any time in this incredible property watching TV!. We arrived shortly before our friends' family (two adults and two teenagers), and watching them go through the same "wow" experience was so satisfying. None of us have ever stayed in a rental this picture-perfect! They were also stunned to have walked into such a beautiful home and get assigned bedrooms that were this fantastic. Being a new rental, everything is brand spanking new, and whoever designed & decorated the home thought of everything and has a super eye for contemporary design and decor. It really looks like it should be featured in a magazine. It is perfect in every way. Breathtaking views from each of the two ocean-facing decks. plus a third deck facing the back for anyone wanting a bit of quiet away from the group. Jay was incredible and answered all of our inquiries immediately and was super helpful with any requests - being so new, for example there was no toaster, but within a couple hours of us pointing that out, one was dropped off at our door. We were concerned that a new rental wouldn't have all of the amenities we had absolutely everything we needed - utensils, bbq, beach towels & toys, new linens - the list goes on. This place is perfect in every way and just steps from the beach. Thanks Jay! We will definitely be back.

BEST Christmas EVER !!!

The property was absolutely perfect to accommodate my husband and myself, three adult children and their spouses, and 3 grandkids for a long Christmas weekend. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for us to spread out and I was allowed to put up a beautiful 9ft Christmas tree. Even though the freezing weather caused water issues, Jay did an incredible job of doing everything humanly possible to help us stay comfortable!! Thanks so much Jay!!! This will become our go-to place for family get-togethers in the future!!!

Great house for our family of four couples and two kids! The house is clean, spacious, well decorated, had tons of towels, and is super comfy. Each of the five bedrooms with its own bathroom were equally as nice. The large stovetop, double oven, big sink, and large dining table all came in handy. The living / dining / kitchen common area was the perfect gathering spot and fit our family of 10 comfortably. The ice maker was such a convenience! We had a terrific view of the water, and it’s a nice quick stroll to the beach with the wagon and chairs available at the house. Jay was great to work with - responds fast and is really nice. I highly recommend staying at this house!

Perfect beach stay

We just returned from a wonderful midweek stay with friends at this absolutely beautiful and spacious new beachside home. Everything was perfect for our group. The house has beautiful views of the gulf and is a very short stroll to the beach thru a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings are super comfortable and welcoming, and the kitchen is stocked with everything we could have possibly needed for meal prep. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to someday go back!! Thank you!

Wonderful Weekend in Galveston

Great house! We wanted a house with 5 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. this house worked perfect for us. The contact / house manager was very nice and promptly dealt with all issues. Even setting up chairs on beach for us.
