Enjoy our new heated pool & large bubbly hot tub plus splash pad! Enjoy the AMAZING sunset and beach views from your den as you recline in the 2 leather recliners.
▸ Your comfortable den embraces the beach charm with this leather reclining couch and a nice coffee table which opens up and becomes a sturdy table for working or dining. The bar becomes dining for 4 on counter height leather stools.
▸Dogs are accepted but must be approved and $150 pet fee paid during the reservation process and registered a the complex upon arrival. Agressive breeds are not allow at this property.
▸All the cooking supplies are provided in the beautiful updated kitchen with full size stainless appliances.
▸Lounge in luxury in the bedroom featuring a king bed. Bed linens are provided.
▸The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and features a bathtub and shower combination...all updated beautifully. 6 towel sets are provided.
▸Your kids will love the bunk beds with cute curtains provided their own beach nook.

Other Things to Note:
1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.

2. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

3. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, close to all the fun things to do but away from the noise. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view and nice pool area.

Our stay here was excellent! The complex itself needs some updates and work (which they were doing construction on the front) but our place was newly renovated and looked beautiful! We had a great view of the gulf! The owners were accessible and where “on it”when our hot water wasn’t working. I highly recommend!

Awesome location and room

Very awesome room and location. Perfect view of the ocean, real close to walk to the water. Good view of the pools. Room was very clean and organized, more than enough towels and blankets. Only issue is when you have young kids no plastic cups or bowels. Plus side I already had some packed. Fully recommended this location and room.

Clean, cute and comfortable!

Sunset on the beach was such a cute place! Donna Wade was very communicative with us about the status of the unit. So cute and very clean! I love thick, fresh smelling towels and that is just what we had at this condo! The large pool was clean as well! The unit had everything we needed while we were there! Given the circumstances of the recent storm damage Maravilla took care of their guests!

It took me a minute to decide to review this property sinking that if you can’t say anything, nice don’t say anything at all. The elevators were broken. The lighting in the kitchen was so intense, and the ceiling was so low it felt like you were in a restaurant pass under heat lamps. The bedding for the pullout sofa was nowhere to be found. The complex itself was under construction and by any measure beyond depressing.

We enjoyed our stay, condo was exactly what we wanted but Wi-Fi was terrible so it was difficult to look up things to do. If we stay at Maravilla again, we will stay on the third floor, people above us were terrible, not concerned about their kids running back and forth on the floor all day.

The condo was small and a little cramped, but very nice. Not nearly enough blankets and the sheets were dirty. The resort was under construction so there was little to no amenities. No lobby area at all.

Relax time.

Renovate unit, between walking distance to the beach. 5 starts for the unit, however, 4 starts for the building. Building under renovation, the first day we were unable to use the elevator, but in general we have a wonderful time. Thank you Donna for your help and promptly response to ours messages.

Convenient and cozy Galveston beach condo

We really enjoyed our stay here at this bright, clean condo with a fully stocked kitchen. The Murphy bed was comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. The bunkbeds are hot for sleeping with all the provided covers and comforter, but we paired them back and used a fan to cool the kids, and they enjoyed having their own little spot. We had bad weather one day and had to stay cooped up there most of the day, so the kids were bouncing around and we got a complaint from the people downstairs. Other than that, we were very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and picnic tables on the grounds as well.

Overall the property was very nice and in a good location. The kitchen with full size appliances was fantastic. The built in bunkbeds were a bit warm for sleeping so would recommend a fan. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

Property is a bit older but nice and excellent beach access. Host was very accommodating, had a few maintenance issues and they were handled quickly and professionally.
