Great location. Very walkable. Lots of stores nearby. The hotel was better than I expected. This hotel is very well run. Well maintained. Super nice staff. I like the fact that there are lots of trash cans in public areas. I like the grab bar in the tub/shower. Ckean room. I am a seasoned traveler.

My friend was stuck in the elevator and no one seemed concerned. She finally got off when the elevator jerked and moved upward to floor 3. She was crying and shaking when she met me for breakfast. I went to discuss it with the front desk manager and all she said was, “Is she out? We were looking for her.” No hazard signs, no closer if the elevator, and very little compassion for the stress it caused. This was handled very unprofessionally.

Hello Although our stay was overnight for a cruise, I must say it was very welcoming and the Staff was very courteous. Each room had a balcony and very spacious. Our group consisted of 15 people and the only downside was the breakfast are the lack there of.
