Other than the need to take a Magic Eraser to the cabinets and doors/frames, the unit was clean, spacious and quite pleasant. This unit does not get the late afternoon sun, which is great during the summers. It is tucked away from the elevator and interior doorways- very quiet. Well appointed, comfy and has the best views without any road noise. The elevators for each side are iffy, so beware if you have trouble with stairs. All in all, I would return to this one. đŸ™‚đŸ‘đŸŒ

Enjoyed Our Stay

Clean and nice; not fancy, but had everything we needed. Good assortment of kitchen dishes, glasses, cooking supplies. Would be nice if some regular dish washing soap and paper towels were provided. Balcony is small, but fine for us. Beach front view was very nice.

A LOT of money for a nice view

Although the condo could use some upgrades, it gets the job done. You don't go to stay inside and stair at the walls. :) Front desk was a bit understaffed, but getting the job done. The gate guard was very friendly and helpful. Didn't use the pool but it looks nice enough. Can't beat the beach access! I subtracted 1 star due to an insane amount of extra fees that almost doubled the price.

Nice corner unit on third floor. Nice ocean views. You can hear the ocean and sit out on the back porch. Very friendly staff at check in. Property has a rack to load suitcases and food in. Nice full size refrigerator. The unit itself has a few oddities. It has handles everywhere, and I mean everywhere. Elect plugs in the beach side room are via power cords. The bathroom is functional and set up well but super small. Shower has great hot water but the rack that holds the door was loos me and the sliders were coming off. Kitchen has most utensils ans cooking items. We brought our own blender, crock pot. BRING YOUR OWN paper towels, shampoo, oil or spray- no condiments on site. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the third floor, bring quarters. There wasn’t extra pillowy for the 5th and 6th people but there was extra blankets. They don’t have a blind on the door to the outdoor deck so if anyone is sleeping on the pull out couch they will get early am sun. Outdoor patio was very small you can sit side by side and nice chairs. We enjoyed our stay and the location was great but nothing sure we would pick the same unit.
