First night of six night stay started fine for room requested with handicapped shower bench located on 4th floor - only the nearest elevator went out of order. Room relocation to lobby level appreciated. IStay concern is bathroom, shower head wobbly so could not adjust and shower curtain w/o the plastic liner caused water to pool outside the shower on floor. Clarion’s internet access did not work most of stay - could not use laptop or access internet to use Netflix/Amazon Prime for movies. Hotel’s heated pool was not heated.

Staff very friendly. The rooms are outside which I didn’t like. You can’t open the windows and enjoy the view, as people are always passing by. Room clean but smelled. It’s a dressed up Older room with slow drainage in sink. It’s ok for a one night stay

Dirty room full of Roaches we were moved 3 times because of Roaches we finally gave up and asked for a refund at almost midnight and went to a different Hotel there was no way in hell I was sleeping in a room full of Roaches

The room was clean, minus the hair dryer cord that was burnt in one spot. The staff was friendly, however, we had to go to the front desk multiple times to get our room keys reprogrammed. The walkways, stairways and elevator was nasty! We used our feet to open every external door. We will not be going back.

We do not have a remote control for the TV. There was no phone in the room for to order food and the toilet had to be flushed three times before stuff went down.

The place was disgustingly dirty, the elevator didn't work, the laundry didn't work, between the birds and someone dog barking half the night we didn't sleep at all. The staff was rude and acted like they didn't want to be there. Overall this hotel was a huge disappointment and i would not recommend it.

I called multiple times, two days early, a day early and this morning to ensure they would be able to provide my requests. I have two handicap individuals traveling with me, an 80 year old require short walking distances and a teen with medical issues/allergies. When we arrived elevators were broken near lobby requiring long walking distance our room smelled like mold, which my daughter is allergic too. We had been guaranteed these requests and neither were met. It was bad enough we left and went to another hotel.

The checkin process was amazing. Room service required us to talk to the room service people instead of the front desk staff. Also, there’s not a lot of selection for breakfast - but the self-serve waffle is great - long wait time if not early enough.
