Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay at this property. It’s very clean, updated, safe and beautiful. The view of the pool and beach was stunning. Private property too made it feel like we had the entire place to ourself. Easy access to the beach or restaurants on the Seawall. Very grateful they provided a pack n play for our baby and a high chair!

The place is beautiful, parking was great and the view of the beach was awesome. Would have rated 5 stars however the blinds in the upstairs bedroom would not close completely leaving an unobstructed view from outside, there was a small gap in the sliding door of the upstairs bedroom and on one of the nights of our stay it was really cold with high winds which made for an uncomfortable night of sleep and the shower was did not drain properly. I relayed the issues to the host and he said he would take care of it after our stay. This is a really nice place to stay and once those issues are resolved I would definitely consider staying there again. Next time I hope to give all 5 stars.

Good trip

The property was cute and clean and gated so we felt very safe even though the neighborhood seemed pretty safe. I was disappointed that we did not have enough towels for showers for 4 people and the pull out sofa was falling apart which made me nervous for my kid to sleep on. The WiFi password didn’t work and when I messaged the owner, they never replied. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Great pool!

You can't beat the access to the beach - right across the street - and the great pool and hot tub just outside the back door. The place was very clean, just one cockroach greeted us when we arrived, but, hey, it's Texas. The upstairs bed was comfy, but the noise from the street outside echos in the room for some reason. The downstairs bed only had sheets, no pillowcase covers or quilt. The pullout bed also had quite a few broken springs, but the 11 and 12 year olds who slept on it claimed it to be "very comfortable." Also, the kitchen for some reason has no butter knives. Overall, great, though.
