Casablanca is a stunning beachfront home located in the Sea Isle Subdivision of Galveston, Texas. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom property offers coastal charm, with unobstructed views of the beach from every angle. Perfect for large or extended families, Casablanca promises a relaxing getaway just steps from the sand, where you can unwind and create lasting memories by the Gulf.

The open-concept design of Casablanca features hardwood floors throughout and a stylish coastal decor, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the space while showcasing the stunning Gulf views. The large deck is an ideal spot to relax, with a shaded area for enjoying meals or your morning coffee, while the open deck is perfect for soaking up the sun. The beach is only a few steps away, making it easy to enjoy fun-filled days by the water, and the outdoor shower provides the perfect way to rinse off after a day in the sun.

For those who love grilling, the shaded downstairs area is the ultimate spot for a family cookout, complete with a wooden swing for moments of relaxation as you listen to the waves crash on the shore. The property’s welcoming atmosphere ensures that everyone can unwind and make the most of the beachfront location. On the main level, you’ll find a spacious living room with stunning beach views, a cozy dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV with DVD, and an en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed, share a hallway bathroom, while a fourth bedroom offers 2 twins with an additional twin trundle bed. The large, partially covered deck offers amazing beach views and is the perfect spot for evening relaxation or sunrise watching.

Upstairs, the loft area is a great space for the kids or additional guests, featuring 2 queen futons, a TV with DVD, and a bathroom with a shower.

In addition to the private beach access, guests can enjoy the Sea Isle Community Pool by purchasing a $100 pool pass. The subdivision also offers a public park, tennis courts, a picnic area pavilion, a bait shop, convenience store, and a restaurant—everything you need for a convenient and fun-filled stay.

The house had great views and very spacious rooms. The host was a property management team and not the owner which was fine. The place was clean and we had no issues aside from really hard beds in all the rooms. Other than that last issue, we would highly recommend. Side note. We got a golf cart and that wasnt needed at all. They are better for the bay side homes.

The property was exactly like advertised. View was awesome and only a few steps from the beach. About 20 minutes from all the action which was nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Rented to attend a family reunion, The location, home and view were perfect. 7 Adults had comfort and room to mingle and rest. Would definitely rent again!

Great house right near the beach

Nice house with great access to the beach and ocean. About 30 minutes from Northern Galveston locations such as Mario’s Italian restaurant which is a bit beyond the pier with the Ferris wheel.

Beautiful Beach house

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach home. The views from the deck were incredible. Really nice neighborhood. Felt very safe. Lots of activities to do in Galveston.

Birthday at Casablanca

This property was away from the hustle of town but close enough to enjoy town when you wanted to. The beaches were all ours for walking. The deck area was perfect for our group of 7. Would go again.

Great location

We love having family gatherings and this location was just perfect for all of us especially our little ones. The sunset, morning walks on the beach, see the sand crabs 🦀 on the beach ⛱️ when it was clear. Not worrying about the beach being over crowded. All together just beautiful 😍

Perfect Beachfront Property

Many homes listed in Galveston claim to be beachfront properties, but when you look on a map they are not. This house is actually on the beach and that’s why we stayed. Once you leave the backyard you are immediately on the beach. Perfect house, kids loved it. Would stay again.

Wonderful family time

Casablanca was the perfect beach house for our family gathering of 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 4 children with the perfect amount of space for sleeping, eating, and play. Not only does it have easy beach access by foot, but also beautiful scenes of the ocean and amazing sunrises from the balcony overlooking the beach. If we get to have another family beach time next year, we will want to use Casablanca.

Great beach house

The rental process was easy, accurate, and the agents were super! The breach front house was very clean and exceptionally comfortable with all the amenities. Ut is an older house, so it could benefit from updating, especially in the bathrooms. Overall, however, it is a great place for a relaxing stay at th4 beach.

Amazing Beach Front Stay

This beach house is stunning! It has everything and more for your beach stay! Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with most spices and utensils you will need. House stays cool inside ( huge deal) when you are at the beach. Large downstairs area for family to hang out and grill after a long day at the beach. Outdoor shower is a bonus too. Thank you for your hospitality and we will be back!

Wonderful family get away!

We had a wonderful family weekend at the Casablanca. The home was just as described and pictured. It is comfortable and well equipped. Just a few steps from the beach, we enjoyed playing and building sandcastles with the toys and supplies that were available in the storeroom. Our tweens loved having the loft for their own place to hang out! We plan to return soon!

Location and View were perfect!

Spring Break vacation for two families. Couldn’t have asked for a better location as all we wanted was a house that you could step outside and be on the beach. The house needs a makeover so if you can ignore that and focus on the view and the beach then all is good. One issue was we had no wifi and they didn’t fix it while we were there, but wasn’t a huge deal.

Some suggestions.

It was a wonderful and relaxing weekend with family. We want to plan another weekend next year, God willing. One suggestion, bring extra dish towels because that is the one thing lacking and maybe some taller folding chairs so you can see over the outdoor railing with a perfect view of the ocean. Other than that, our stay was amazing.

Beautiful home, great views

Casablanca was a beautiful home. Very clean. We have stayed in many VRBO vacation homes and this one was the cleanest for sure. The home had everything we needed - many dishes, pots/pans, cookware, small appliances, utensils, and a double oven. The furniture was new (pictures are of older furniture) and it was all in great shape. The ocean front provided amazing views from several rooms. Gary Green Vacation Rentals was great to work with. I would definitely book with them again and when we come back to Galveston this is our new "go-to" home.
