● Beach access: Just a two minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Blue Haven offers a comfortable layout perfect for families or groups. The detached downstairs area, a welcoming living area features a full-size sofa bed for extra guests, a smart TV for movie nights, and two sets of full-over-full bunk beds. A full bathroom adds convenience to this floor.

Upstairs, the heart of the home unfolds. A cozy living room seamlessly blends into a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for meals. Catch up on the day`s adventures on another smart TV while enjoying meals together. Two comfortable bedrooms await: one featuring a luxurious king bed for a restful night`s sleep, the other boasting a plush queen bed. The second full bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

Step outside onto the charming front porch and soak up the fresh air in a deck chair. After a day of fun in the sun, the expansive backyard offers the perfect space for creating lasting memories. Fire up the BBQ pit and gather around the picnic table for a delicious cookout under the stars. Whether you`re roasting marshmallows over the firepit or simply relaxing in the company of loved ones, Blue Haven provides the ideal setting for indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
