Driftwood Dreams III in the Dawn Condominium Complex, is two condos rented together, with an interior connecting door. A pair of beautifully furnished condos. A 1 bedroom 1 bath condo AND a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo rented together with great views of the Gulf from the second floor balconies. The two condos have interconnecting doors so you and the entire family have access to both living rooms, both kitchens and both balconies.

Condo 1 is a beautifully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with great views of the Gulf from its second floor balcony. The master suite features a king size bed with en-suite bath that is all ceramic with walk in shower and custom glass door. 40" HD TV in the Master Bedroom. Full sized washing machine and electric dryer are located in the unit, adjacent to the kitchen.

Condo 2 is a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with great views of the Gulf from its second floor balcony. The master suite features a king size bed with en-suite bath that is all ceramic with walk in shower and custom glass door. 40" HD TV in the Master Bedroom. The second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a Queen bed to sleep up to 2 adults + 2 kiddos. Stackable washing machine and electric dryer are located in the unit, adjacent to the kitchen.

Both condos have sunny living rooms featuring queen sleeper sofas, comfortable arm chairs and are well appointed to give you that "beach" charm. A 48" TV, basic cable and Blu-ray DVD player are available for your use. Adjacent to the living rooms are exterior decks with unobstructed Gulf views and outdoor seating for 6 on each balcony. Benches convert to a picnic table. A great place for watching the waves roll in or a beautiful sunset.

Both condos have dining rooms with large tables with available seating for 6. The kitchens are fully stocked; smooth top electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer and pots and pans, silverware, glassware and dish place-settings. Tupperware, bowls, measuring cups, strainers and other cooking utensils provided.

DON'T BE FOOLED! Other condos on the Seawall only offer a fridge and a microwave, maybe a hot plate. These units BOTH have a FULL kitchen. Oven, Stove and ALL the cookware to cook your own meals.

The condos are best suited for 8 people (6 adults + 2 kiddos). However, when using both the living room queen size sleeper sofas and the single rollaway in the 1 bedroom condo they will sleep 12 (9 adults + 3 kiddos) .

These condos are on the second floor. Guests must be able to navigate one flight of stairs.

The Dawn is secure facility with all doors and gates opened with codes. A wrought iron fence surrounds the property to ensure your privacy and security. Ample (fee-based) parking is available on the property as first come first serve. TRAILERS are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Beautifully landscaped grounds with 2 available pools year-round (1 pool is heated), a hot tub, community center, charcoal grills and exercise lounge. And to top it all off, Babe's Beach is right across the street, with access from the stop light at the corner of the property.

All guests must check in with the Condo HOA office upon arrival. Vehicle/amenity passes are $40-$50 per vehicle per stay (depending on length of stay) and include pool wrist bands for up to 12 guests.

NOTE: Upon booking this property, you will be required to sign a House Agreement, provide a copy of primary renter's driver license, provide a guest list of everyone's names and ages within 24 hours of booking. You will also be required to place a damage and cleaning deposit hold three days prior to arrival.

ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED per the HOA rules.

Check in any time after 4PM, check out no later than 11AM.

Cancellation policy: Guest receives 100.00% of rent if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival. No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

Violating any of the house rules will result in the loss of your security hold.
