The ground level patio boasts a picnic table, bench swings, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor sink perfect for cleaning your fresh catch after a day of surf fishing. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a snack break in the shade, or an afternoon shrimp boil.
Head inside, and youâll find an inviting main level with walls of windows, a soaring ceiling in the living area, cozy wet bar with bar seating, comfortable couches and tropical side chairs. The kitchen is a dream for whipping up budget-friendly family meals, with stainless steel appliances, abundant storage, and plenty of counter space. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a table seating 6 and offers deck access, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor dining.
The main level also houses 2 comfortable bedrooms. The first, with a queen bed, boasts deck access, a TV, and a sitting area, providing a private haven for relaxation. The second bedroom, perfect for kids or singles, features two twin bunks. A full bathroom with dual sinks and a tub and shower combo, along with a washer and dryer, add to the convenience of this level. LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so youâll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation.
