You will enjoy quality time with your friends and family in this professionally designed, spacious 4 bedroom 2 full and two half bath home. There are plenty of areas for everyone to relax and create memories. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened-in back porch with soothing sounds and of birds and waterfalls. Historic Oasis guests will enjoy the large custom designed backyard. You can swim in the private heated pool, take a dip in the spa, relax on the loungers, prepare a delicious meal on the Weber Barbecue grill, and enjoy the outdoor dining area. Pool toys are provided. Take our beach wagon with beach chairs, boogie boards, kids sand toys, fun beach games and beach umbrella to the nearby beach and enjoy the beautiful sand and sun for the day. We fell in love with the location. We are centrally located and are a three-minute car ride from beach, The Strand District restaurants, Pleasure Pier and several museums. Our home has a spacious living area with plenty of seating in a relaxed yet luxurious "Historic Coastal" style. The living room has two full sized couches with additional seating. The living room features a 65" smart tv with high speed wifi a great location for movie night. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, a game table, wireless sound system and wide selection of games, are available for game night. The kitchen was designed with everything you need to make a delicious meal for your family and friends. There is a waffle maker, baking pans, designer cookware, and many other cooking amenities. We have a Ninja Mixer to blend healthy shakes or a topical adult beverage. We provide a drip coffee maker and a Keurig with premium coffee or coffee pods. We also provide hot tea, essential spices and well stocked cookware. The dining table has seating for 8 and there is seating for four on the screened in patio. We have everything you need to create special meals and memories. The Starfish bedroom has a luxurious king mattress and linens, a glam station with mirror and hairdryer, the glam station can be used as a workspace, seating area smart tv, wireless speakers, chest of drawers, and closet for your belongings. The en-suite bathroom has luxurious amenities, a smart mirror, and a hairdryer. The bedroom features a charging cube for your wireless devices. The oversized bedroom is the perfect place for you to relax after a fun day of adventure. The Sand dollar bedroom has a luxurious king mattress, linens, a smart tv, seating area, full size mirror, wireless speakers, a makeup mirror, hairdryer and a fantastic view of the Moody Mansion. The bedroom features a charging cube for your wireless devices. This room is the perfect spot to read a book and recharge. The Moody bedroom has a luxurious queen mattress, luxury linens, a smart tv, glam station with makeup mirror, hairdryer, charging cubes for you wireless device, a closet for you belongings and a breathing taking view of Moody Mansion. The Turtle Room has twin bunks, a luxurious mattress for a great night’s rest after a full day at the beach. Custom themed bedding, storage for your belongings and a charging cube. Both bathrooms feature a tankless water heater which will ensure you will not run out of hot water. The home also features a water softer system and whole house filter. The upstairs bathrooms have a convenient dispenser with premium Moroccan shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a half bathroom on the first floor. Entire home with a large backyard, and private pool. The host are easily accessible throughout your stay. They are happy to share recommendations throughout your vacation. The home has one private parking spot for a larger SUV or two smaller cars. There is also ample street parking in front of the home. PLEASE NOTE: Complementary parking both on the street and a private parking spot for one large SUV or two compact cars. For guest convenience, we have provided beach towels, a beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and a variety of sand toys and games for guest use. We are only a three-minute drive from the beach .
