The home boasts an open living room and kitchen area. The ground level features a charcoal grill and picnic tables for grilling and chilling. This 3-bedroom/3-bathroom home will provide the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones whether you are enjoying indoor comforts or outdoor adventures!

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: There is room for 4-6 cars in the driveway depending on size of vehicle. Street parking is not allowed

Indian Sunrise blends comfort with an unbeatable coastal location. Just a short walk or drive from the shore, you’ll enjoy easy access to the beach along with beautiful sunrise and sunset views that highlight island living. As you arrive, you’ll find ample parking for 4–6 vehicles and a spacious covered outdoor area beneath the home, perfect for relaxing in the shade. A wraparound porch invites you to start your mornings with coffee at sunrise or unwind in the evening as the sun sets. Inside, the open kitchen and living area welcome you with beach-inspired décor, and the fully stocked kitchen provides all the essentials needed to prepare nearly any meal.

The Master Bedroom and Bath - with a king-size bed and a large shower in the bathroom. In the living room, the large TV with and pull-out couch are perfect for movie night or for just hanging out with friends. And with all the surrounding windows, you’ll enjoy lots of natural light just pouring in from the scenic neighborhood! Down the whimsical hall, you will find the two guest bedrooms. One bedroom features two twin-over-twin sized bunk beds w/ trundle, and the other has a queen-sized bed.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 15 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
