▾Seaside Retreat just added a comfortable new queen mattress and lovely couch with chaise.
▾Relax in the calming beach condo which provides everything to make your stay a relaxing retreat! ▾Enjoy the beach and lake views from your den or furnished and fully accessible balcony. The den features a lovely queen sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge, smart 48" TV and 1 additional chair.
▾Convenient washer & dryer provided in condo.
▾Full size stainless appliances and all cooking supplies are provided.
▾The bathroom features an over-sized shower and a granite counter top. A set of 6 soft bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes and sheets are provided plus 4 beach towels.

▾ The location is on the quieter west end of the seawall and is just a 5 minute drive to Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn Water Park. Pleasure Pier and all other Galveston attractions including the cruise ports are about a 10 minutes drive.

Other Things to Note:
1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. The construction is no where near this condo.

2. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
3. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online so please message us with your request.

***As you enter the complex, you might notice a construction project at the very front. This is not near this condo and ALL amenities including pools are OPEN!***

Check in wasnt bad. Front office was temporarily closed for remodel. Elevator 2 was broke upon arrival but fixed shortly after. Unit was adorable. Donna was easy to contact and very helpful.

My family and I LOVED the place as soon as we walked in! The beach was definitely the vibes for the place, had more than everything we needed! Super clean and comfy and the pools and hot tub was very much appreciated! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Spot for Families and Pets

The property is right across the street from the beach, on the quieter end of Seawall Blvd. This was more than perfect, especially on the 4th of July when Seawall Blvd near the Boardwalk was insane. The property has several pools that are cleaned daily. The unit itself was very nice and clean. Our boys chose to sleep on the pullout bed rather than the bunk beds so they could stay up late watching TV and snacking. Host was responsive on the few questions we had, and instructions/info were clear.

Weekend Get-away!

My wife (and 2 dogs) loved this cozy condo and it was perfect for what we were looking for in both quality and price. Highly recommend. Also, the property manager was fantastic, updating us with regular communications daily, as well as, quickly responding to any inquiries we had. Loved our stay and will definitely go back :)

Nice condo!

We stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament this weekend. The condo was clean and well stocked. Just as advertised. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and being close to the baseball fields. Would definitely recommend!

Best of the best!

We have been staying in multiple condos over the past year and this one is our favorite. So clean and the property managers adhere to rules on the property and the pool. They make sure that no one outside of the renters are at the pool and are very big on safety. I like this because many if these places turn into a "big party for kids" and this was not that. This felt like a safe place for our family and vehicles. We will be rerurning soon.

Awesome place!

The owner literally thought of every single thing. We bought nothing but drinks and food. Location is great
.away from busiest part of sea wall Blvd. Beach was great, not too crazy busy and great for our dog. Loved the pools 
.parking is slim if you come in late but only because they are working on the parking lot. It will be great when they finish. Ate amazing food at Gypsy Joynt (2days in a row
lol) and Gumbo Diner
. Owners were great at communicating and very extremely prompt. This is a definite return for us.

Great little place!!

Loved how the place was decorated and the owners definitely thought of everything when it came to stocking the condo!! The master bed is great for 1 night but that’s it. The bed squeaks extremely bad snd has a huge divot in the middle. The complex where the condo is located at needs to be taken care better. There’s a lot of railings rusted through (not the fault of this condo owner though). The condo has upstairs neighbors that can be extremely loud. You can hear all their running and moving of chairs. The complex itself is at the complete opposite of the more popular places to eat and go to the beach at. That helps it stay quiet and safe but we had to drive to a cleaner more shady beach. Loved the balcony, pools, decorations and how great communication was with the owner. Definitely recommend this condo!!

Cozy little beach getaway

Very quaint property for a nice get away. Only issue was the sleeping accommodations. The bed badly needs a replacement. Sinks down as if the springs are well worn In the middle. We would definitely consider again if the bed is fixed or replaced.

This was a nice little condo. It's in a great location right across the street from the beach wall and there are a lot of fun activities close to it. The inside of the condo was nicely furnished and decorated. The kids also enjoyed the bunkbeds. The only thing we didn't like at the time we went was the queen bed, it had very loud box springs that would creak everytime we moved, and the memory foam mattress had no firmness to it so we would sink deep into it which was very uncomfortable for both of us. If this bed was better I would have given the condo a 5 star rating for the price.

Perfect condo for our family!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Condo was perfect! Two adults with two children. Property owners were so helpful and supplied everything we needed. Literally anything I may have forgotten they had it in the condo. Shaving cream, laundry detergent, etc! Pools are great and the overall feel of the resort is fab! We will definitely be back! Great Fathers day vacation!

We had a lovely time staying at this property. You can tell they put alot of love and care into this rental. They provided all the little essentials needed for a great stay. I liked it because it was in walking distance to the Putt-Putt, movie theater, and snowcone! I also like the location because it wasnt in the high traffic area which felt safer to cross that busy main street to get to the beach. Whenever we come back to Galveston this is where we will stay!

Definitely a 5 star stay

After searching for exactly the right place, I came across this listing. It was exactly as described. I went with my parents (my father is elderly and not in the best of health) and my dog. It was the perfect size. We lacked for nothing. It is beautifully decorated. Great views of the ocean and the pool. Its quiet and right off the elevator, which made it easy for my dad. We were surprised at all the amenities. The hosts thought of everything. When we came in, the smoke alarm was beeping from low battery. I text the hosts to see if they had a battery that I could use to replace it. Within ten minutes, they had someone come out and replace it for us. They were extremely gracious and understanding. For a few days away, it was the perfect place. I would highly recommend to anyone!
