This rental is equipped with a washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi. Fishing from the deck is welcomed! Arrange kayak rentals and paddle down the canal to West Bay, where open water awaits. A short drive will bring you to Galveston Island State Park where you can explore 2,000 acres of hiking trails and swimming areas.

POLICIES/RULES:



• Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests will be fined if there is any evidence of smoking found anywhere in this home.



•.This is a PET-FRIENDLY HOME (for one pet up to 50 pounds): A non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring a pet. Only one pet is allowed. Pet must be approved in advance—please send us a request including the breed and weight. The pet must be crated anytime the guest is not present. Pets are not allowed in the pool.



• For TV apps personal subscription is required.



• One connected pool with a spa-style seating area (not a separate hot tub).

Pool must be heated to use that area.

(Cost is $65 Per Day to Heat the Pool from 9 am - 4 pm)



Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
