Seaside Serenity- Amazing 2nd row views, and dog friendly!

Seaside Serenity sleeps 8 guests - all of whom will have ample space with 4 queen sized mattresses. This relaxing home can easily accommodate large families or 4 couples vacationing together. Due to the abundance of natural light from the panoramic windows and high ceilings, the house has an expansive and airy feel. The ambiance of the home is sleek and clean with an open concept living area, dining area, and kitchen with bar seating. The deck off of the living room is expansive with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a large covered area for outdoor dining and relaxation. In addition, there is a covered entertaining space with a finished deck on the lower level with great views of the beach. The yard off of the deck is over-sized and perfect for outdoor games and activities. There are kayaks and beach toys in the garage for you to enjoy. The living area features a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure, along with a new queen-sized sleeper sofa and two new (April '23) swivel glider chairs, and the home is wifi friendly. The kitchen features ample counter space, cooking utensils, dishes, and flatware along with Keurig and regular coffee machines. This includes a brand new (May 23) 5-burner range with a large oven. The master bedroom has a queen bed with nearby bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and an ensuite bathroom. Coffee pods and sweetener are provided for you, along with dog bowls (small & large), and a crate for your furry friend's comfort if you choose to bring him/her! This is a great place to relax on the deck, play on the beach, or make the short trip to see all that downtown Galveston has to offer!

Stay here was perfect & just what we needed! Calm, relaxing & peaceful. Great beach & ocean view, & only steps away from the water. House was very clean & had everything we needed. Only problem, which was minor - the grill outdoors was too grungy to use, so we used the oven instead. We definitely want to come back here!

Seaside Serenity is by far the best accommodations we have stayed in for the Lonestar Rally over the years..! Everything is spotless and the kitchen is fully furnished with coffee maker, stove and refrigerator with ice maker..The view is fantastic from the deck with plenty of comfortable chairs to sip coffee watching the sun rise listening to the waves crashing on the beach.. I can’t forget to mention the host. She is the most wonderful host I have ever had to deal with..! Always ready to keep me informed and keep me updated on everything. We have stayed here the last 2 years during the Rally because it is not far from everything we are interested in seeing and in a quiet neighborhood away from a lot of the traffic and roar of motorcycles and loud stereos..!!!!Master bedroom has 2 single beds, tv and bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom. Plenty of towels, furnished with shampoos and body wash. A great place to make memories..!!!

Seaside Serenity is by far the best house I’ve stayed in for the Lonestar Motorcycle Rally over the years. It was completely furnished with everything we needed. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. New appliances including coffee makers and an ice machine. Well stocked coffee, shampoos, ample supply of towels and elegantly decorated. Great view of the ocean from the deck and plenty of chairs. The host was very friendly and responded to any questions and requests.

Beautiful Beach House

This beach house is one of the nicest we've stayed in. They have gone to great lengths of thinking about every detail. It is beautifully decorated, close to the beach and they provide so many extras. The only thing we wish it had was washer/dryer acces. Everything else was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic time!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property we will keep returning, it’s completely comfortable, it has awesome access to the beach. But really it’s the minor details for me, like the sunscreen and bug away wipes that were played out. They really go all out to ensure it feels like home.

This is our third time staying here- we love the location and ocean view as well as proximity to shopping, Walmart, the Strand, etc. Loved the recent renovations including stove, best VRBO beds we ever had! Missed the washer/dryer though! Might want to tell cleaning company not to water down dish detergent and to add a few more pods/ trash bags- minor suggestions! Also- please consider getting new gas grill- the one u have definitely has seen better days! Overall highly recommend!

Our favorite vrbo in Galveston!

This is a superb rental! Having discovered this wonderful second row home two years ago, my husband and our dog recently returned for several nights. The new owner has updated a few things which made this great property even better: Most appreciated was a secure gate from the deck to the stairs -- we didn't have to worry about our pup! Also, major work has been done taking out the murphy bed, closing in a wall, extending the kitchen area, which makes better use of the space. We did contact Raye briefly regarding an issue with the microwave, and she was so responsive.Travis, the manager, was on it immediately. Communication with both of them was basically instantaneous and top notch. Just a couple of things we could have used during our stay -- a cutting board, luggage racks, a broiler pan. Also, in the information folder, we could have used a number to call when we lost electricity during a storm. Overall, the home is spectacular. We love the water view from the terrific, large deck (really fun deck chairs), all the windows, and you just can't beat the proximity to the water! Quiet, just the surf sounds, and scent of oleander wafting in. Nice neighbors on this street, too, who live there full time. We highly recommend this home, and will be back!

Great location scary deck

Every single thing about this property is as advertised, less than 40 yards to the beach if you walk around the other properties. Great partial view from the back deck. This leads us to the biggest issue with this property by far and the reason it would take this property from a five star rating to a three star. Some of the decking boards are literally disconnected. If you were to step on them, they would shoot up like a rake where they are attached on one side and not the other. The nails and screws in the deck are rusted through and poking out everywhere. You cannot walk on this deck in bare feet . The wood planks are splintering, and when you go to the far right side of the deck you can feel it move. It is legitimately terrifying. The property manager needs to replace this deck immediately. It is not safe and I would not stay here again because of this. Other then that it’s clean and you can tell they are doing a decent job keeping up with the property. The deck is legitimately not safe.
