Sinatra House Down is conveniently located on the Mardi Gras parade route and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and Pleasure Pier! Perfect for family reunions, retreats, or multiple-family getaways. This house features a family room to play board games and make memories. It also features a beautiful fireplace and a large dining table enough to fit the entire family. This home is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedroom 2 has two queen beds, and bedroom 3 has two pyramid bunk beds. (full on bottom, Twin on top).
OUR LOCATION: Located on the historical 25th street Mardi Gras Parade Route. Short walk to Pleasure Pier, restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
Our homes/units may be rented either together or separately. Because of this, other guests may be staying nearby during your visit. Please be respectful and considerate of others on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
