Kick back on an Adirondack chair and marvel at the 180-degree views extending from East Beach to the top of the Hotel Galvez. You’ll also love an incredible location on the Seawall -- just 500’ from beach access!

Beautifully updated, this Craftsman home is detailed with smart lighting and upscale furnishings. Additional outdoor space includes a quaint front porch, large dog-friendly yard, and outdoor shower.

A sofa and armchair offer seating around the smart TV -- perfect for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up post-beach meals in the well-equipped kitchen. A full suite of upscale stainless steel appliances includes a gas range with double ovens and a side-by-side fridge.

Serve up your tasty creations at the six-person dining table. A kitchen island seats an additional two.

BED & BATH

This well-appointed home sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.

Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a king bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, and the third bedroom has a king bed and a TV.

The guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy beautiful Gulf views from the observatory deck, outfitted with four Adirondack chairs. Or, sip a crisp drink on the front porch, featuring a table for two and two Adirondack chairs.

The large fenced yard is perfect for dogs and includes two chairs and a shade umbrella. An outdoor shower adds a convenient spot to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach towels, and chairs are provided in the vacation rental.

Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

LOCATION

Walk 2 minutes to the beach access point and spend the day splashing in the Gulf or lounging on the sand. (Please note that beach access involves crossing four lanes of traffic at Seawall Boulevard. First-come, first-serve paid parking spots are available by the beach.)

Your prime location also puts you close to all the entertainment, shopping, and dining options of Historic Downtown Galveston.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

Very clean. Had a few minor issues that were fixed quickly. The WiFi was an issue throughout our stay. We struggled to keep the lights tvs and our personal devices connected. The modem is in the back bedroom and doesn’t have a strong signal

Great location, just needs a little updating.

Great location, clean and everything you would need. WiFi was horrible, and there were some minor updates that need to be completed. I would stay here again and recommend it. It was definatley worth the price and I would stay here over a hotel.

Nice but could be better.

Loved the beach near by. Walked our dog everyday on the beach. There was a nice yard but had small burrs that got in his paws. We were there in January and appreciated the working furnace. The property managers were very cooperative in supplying items for cleaning.

Christmas in Galveston

Great place and better than the pictures. The upper deck was awesome to sit and enjoy the coast. Parking was easy and close to the Strand plus on the Seawall. Shower was Hot and comfortable beds! Bunk bed mattresses could use an upgrade for older teens. Overall 5 Stars!

Hello, We really love the location of the home and it was a very nice place. We do want to let you know we did see a few cockroaches in the main bathroom. One under a towel on the sink and several when turning the bathroom light on in the middle of the night. Also the light in the master bedroom appeared to be off but it turned on in the middle of the night. Just a couple of concerns we thought you should know about.

Weekend Getaway

Very pleasant stay! This home was very comfy and felt like vacation. Very close to the beach and a very nice balcony to view the water and people watch! I do wish there were extra blankets or directions on how to use the AC. Bright side though is the AC works great!! Also better instructions on how to use the front door code. But other than that, we will absolutely book this home to stay in again!

Great Location, Great Vacation

This was the perfect place to stay near the beach with uninterrupted views of the ocean from the top balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the dishes and appliances we needed, but I do wish that basic staples like condiments, salt and pepper, spices, olive oil, and other necessities were available so we didn't have to buy those things just to cook a few meals. The wifi was spotty and generally weak. But overall, we all enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again.

Nice place to stay during the 1/2 Iron Man.

We enjoyed the place, I have severe allergies to Pot ( Marijuana), unfortunately there was a lot of it in the air nearby. The hose was in good proximity to the ocean and sea wall. Theviews were nice. Very Respectfully, Michelle Landefeld
