You'll have the entire bungalow to yourself. The back porch area (with Adirondack chairs) is shared with any guests that might be staying at our The Shamrock Shore Cottage (Guest House). The Cottage is a completely separate unit behind the main house with it's own private entrance.

● Sleeping Arrangements:
The home sleeps up to 10 with a mix of bedrooms and sofa bed and air mattress. Please review the layout to ensure it works for your group.

● No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the property inside or outside.

● Historic Home:
This is a lovingly restored circa 1903 property—expect a blend of old-world character and modern updates.

● Parking:
Free street parking is available in the East End Historic District. Spaces are usually easy to find, but availability can vary during events. Ask us about garage parking for cruises at an extra charge.

● Neighborhood Quiet Times:
The East End is a quiet, residential historic area. Please be respectful of our neighbors—no parties or loud gatherings. Please respect our quiet times.

● Beach Access:
The home is a short drive (or a 4 block walk) to the Seawall and Galveston’s beaches.

● Climate:
Galveston is humid and coastal—air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided for your comfort.

● Pets:
We allow 2 pets (dogs only) for $20 per pet/night (no puppies). Please be good pet parents and clean up after your pet. Any damage or waste left by your pet will result in an extra charge of $125 (minimum).
