Location is 25 mins walking from galway city , staff are nice but the cleaning service in the morning very noisy. The rooms need updating and very poor lightning. The rooms very noisy at night and I was not pleased with my stay.

Not enough plugs near the beds for charging devices. Need more pillows. Bed making is abysmal! Short sheeted at tip and cif you are going to use flat sheets, housekeeping needs to use hospital corners. For a 4 star hotel, I shouldn't have to remake the bed when I try to get in it! Bottom sheet came off completely and I was looking at the bare mattress. Former housekeeping staff for 5 years and we were trained for this. Do better please!!!
