I booked this hotel through Expedia, and the room was clearly advertised as smoke-free. However, when we checked in, the room had a very strong smoke smell and the AC was not working properly, leaving the room hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable. Because of these issues, we decided to check out immediately. Despite not staying there, the hotel still charged me for night stay and a pet fee and refused to provide a refund. Even worse, Expedia was completely unhelpful in resolving the matter, offering no real support or accountability. Overall, this was a terrible experience — the hotel is misleading, the service is poor, and Expedia failed to stand by its customer. I would strongly advise avoiding both this property and relying on Expedia for issue resolution.

Great motel with a heated pool.

Lots of restaurants within a15 min walk. There is a restaurant on site but it is never open when we have stayed their . The only issue we had were that the floors in our room were very dirty. We had to keep our shoes on.

Attente de plus de 10 min a l'accueuil , mal aimable .ChambreVetuste, qui sentait le renfermé. petit dejeuner tres mediocre , buffet vide ,et pourtant dans les heures d,ouverture La gerante n,a pas acceptée les documents officiels de chien d'assistance et a facturé un 25 $de plus pour le petit chien . et tres désagréable . on avait limpression de les deranger le soir ou matin , qu elle change de metier !! hotel en bord de route et non au bord de l'eau image trompeuse !!

The beds were uncomfortable feeling the coils. Tv wasn’t working so they wanted to change us room, toilet was plugging easily, very old and not as shown on the web, a/c was running loud on and off not working properly and they left it off even though they knew we were checking in so the room was incredibly hot

Decent for a sleep

I went for to the 1000 Islands for the long weekend. I paid a surge price as it was a last minute plan. I expected the Inn to be in a better condition. It is outdated. Bedding is clean. Washroom is very old. Furniture is very old and dirty. Free breakfast is just scrambled eggs and sausage. If you wake up in time, you may get yoghurt and a muffin.
