Enjoy a perfect getaway in Grau i Platja in this beautiful flat with communal pool and two minutes from the beach, ideal for 2+2 guests. The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate as it has a shared swimming pool with dimensions of 24 x 12m and with a depth of between 1.20m and 1.70m. It is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in the sun. In addition, the flat's balcony is furnished with a table and chairs so that you can enjoy outdoor meals with your companions.
Situated on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, when you enter the flat you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with Smart TV and a sofa-bed ideal for two guests to rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to prepare your favourite dishes. There is also a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes your stay.
The location of the flat is unbeatable, with the Grau de Gandia beach just 400 metres away, ideal for enjoying the sea and the sand. It is perfect to enjoy long walks as all the services such as bars and restaurants where you can enjoy its typical dishes such as the famous fideuĂĄ, fresh seafood and delicious paella. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a dinner in front of the sea with spectacular views at sunset. A 15 minute drive will take you to the historic centre of Gandia or to the Albufera Natural Park, where you can enjoy boat trips and observe the diverse fauna and flora of the region.
The swimming pool is open from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 from 15th June to 15th September. Outside these hours and dates it is possible to swim but there is no lifeguard service, so if you swim, you do so at your own risk.
Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.
