The Bermudas apartment has a privileged location as it is located on the first line of the beach with direct access to the beach. Between the sand and the complex, you will find a pedestrian walkway where you can enjoy the tranquillity provided by the sound of the sea. With direct sea views from its glazed terrace, you will contemplate a panoramic view of the seafront promenade. We recommend that you do not miss a sunrise, it is an unforgettable spectacle. The brand new complex has an overflowing pool, solarium, tennis and paddle. And now, your stay will be even more pleasant on the hottest days with the new CENTRALISED AIR CONDITIONING installation and on the coldest days, with CENTRAL HEATING.

Gandia beach has blue flags that guarantee the quality of its waters and beach services throughout the year.

If you want to enjoy water sports in the sea, during the summer season, there is a multi-water sports school a few metres from the apartment. At the school, you can enjoy classes in windsurfing, catamaran, kayak, PaddleSurf, etc.

You can also learn sailing at the Gandia Sailing Club in the nautical club area of Gandia beach.

But if you are into Running, Gandia beach has a fully renovated path for runners and bicycles (if you do not have a bicycle, Gandia beach has a municipal service at your disposal). Or you can also opt for a rewarding walk along the beach, it has 3 km of beach from the apartment to Xeraco beach and 3 km from the apartment to the nautical club.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic!

The apartment was absolutely fantastic! It was very well-equipped, with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The space was both comfortable and spacious, making it perfect for relaxation. One of the best features was its incredible location—right by the beach. Waking up to the breathtaking view every morning was truly amazing.

Fabulous Holiday

The Bermudas apartment is situated right on the beautiful northern beach of Gandia. The views are superb and totally un-interrupted. Plenty of shops and interesting restaurants nearby. For those who like to walk, run or cycle, the promenade provides a very nice avenue into the old historic city of Gandia. Alicia and Gregorio who are the apartment owners, are both very pleasant and always willing to help in whatever way they can. Their apartment which is clean, spacious, and well equipped is suitable for people of all ages. Gandia beach and surrounding area is perfect for families with either young children or teenagers. A car is not necessary but useful if you feel like a day trip to Valencia, Benidorm or Alicante which are all within a 45 to 90 minute drive. Street parking is easy and is usually available close by. Many festivities are organized by the local Gandian authorities – including bonfires, fireworks and street parades. It was great to see young and old holiday makers mix happily together and enjoy everything that Gandia has to offer. My family and I had a fantastic holiday in Gandia and the location and comfort of this apartment really helped to make the holiday so perfect – we look forward to return to the Bermudas apartment for another holiday in the near future!

très bel appartement

3 semaines de vacances très agréables. Les photos correspondent exactement à l'appartement. Très confortable et très propre. Il ne manque rien. Pas de route à traverser pour aller sur la plage donc idéal. En plus d'offrir une superbe vue sur la plage, cette véranda est très sécurisante avec des enfants en bas âge. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Il est certain que nous retournerons en vacances à Gandia.

El apartamento es muy completo, ofrece una amplia gama de servicios. Todo muy bien pensado para ofrecer una estancia confortable y una experiencia muy completa. El staff ha sido muy atento y hospitalario. Los colchones de todas las camas deberían ser actualizados con memory foam. Esto mejoraría mucho la calidad de los apartamentos. Este es el 4° año que reservamos estos apartamentos y es el único detalle que haría de la estancia perfecta para dar 5 estrellas.

Gran apartamento

Estancia perfecta , apartamento cómodo, súper equipado y con una panorámica a la playa extraordinaria. Por poner un pero insignificante , la tostadora de la cocina es antigua y lenta. Pongan la típica tostadora ) La urbanización limpia y silenciosa, el conserje muy atento a que se cumplieran todas las normas, me sorprendió. Repetiríamos sin pensarlo!

Nos alojamos 4 familias en 2 apartamentos con capacidad para 7 personas cada uno y estuvimos muy agusto. Ubicación perfecta frente al mar con unas vistas privilegiadas. Ambos apartamentos estaban reformados, muy amplios, cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario y más. La agencia muy amables y nos pusieron todo tipo de facilidades.

Disappointing overall, too much night time noise and disturbance

The photos of the apartment seem to make it look much bigger, brighter and newer than it actually is. The apartment is in quite an old block at the far north end of Gandia beach. The entrance to the lift area is quite unappealing with some scratched on graffiti at the lift entrance, which was quite off putting. The apartment itself was clean and quite well maintained. However one side of the partition windows in the living room couldn't open, the ironing board was broken, the iron leaked, and there was no toaster. Beds were very firm and half of our family found them extremely uncomfortable. The bedrooms were quite cramped but had plenty of wardrobe space.. There were no instructions for the TV set up so it took a while to access the satellite channels. And for a holiday apartment we were disappointed in the lack of local tourist information. The pool seemed to be pretty well maintained although the tennis courts were a bit worn out. The apartment was right on the beach, which is huge and clean, but it was a bit too cold and windy to take advantage of this. It's a good 20 minute walk along the promenade to the main cafe and restaurant area, but it's a really nice walk. Unfortunately the back of the apartment looks over 2 cafes which have outdoor seating and customers making a noise until late. And across the road is a nightclub, which creates more noise until 3am most evenings. Likewise we were disturbed by noise from night time events at the nearby church. So if you want a pretty clean but basic apartment on the beach, and don't mind loud noise until the early hours, this apartment is fine. But if you want some peace and quiet in a more comfortable apartment, I'd recommend you look elsewhere.
