Along it, you will find some mini-playgrounds for the little ones. It has a spacious promenade that goes from one end of the beach to the other which is filled with a variety of shops and restaurants. At the same time, this beach has many nightlife options because it is a major tourist area. Every Sunday afternoon there is a market (from June 15th to September 15th). In winter, the schedule changes to Sunday mornings (September 15th to June 15th). Just 4km away there is a shopping center with lots of shops, cinemas and restaurants. If what you want is to enjoy nature, visit L'Alqueria the Duc, one of the springs that feeds Gandia’s Marjar and where fresh water comes from the nearby mountains that emerge from the ground near this place. Also, if you prefer something more historical and cultural you can do the Route of the Monasteries, which consists of a tour of the central regions through which 5 old convents and monasteries come together. And of course, a must see is the Ducal Palace, symbol of the city of Gandia. If you still have time to enjoy Valencia, visit from the most important and modern area of Valencia where the Arts and Sciences Museum is located, or the best amusement park in Benidorm, Terra Mítica.
