Garden City sits on the Utah side of Bear Lake at 5,900 ft, known as 'the Caribbean of the Rockies' for the lake's striking turquoise water. Summer is peak: Memorial Day through Labor Day, every weekend books out across the market. Winter brings world-class skiing at Beaver Mountain, snowmobiling, and quiet snowy retreats.

Parking at the home: room for multiple vehicles on the driveway and per HOA rules. Do not block neighbors or park on grass.



Other Things to Note:

• Beach Towels are not provided so guests must bring their own.

• Road construction through end of May 2026: HOA is paving the road. Road stays open with brief closures up to 10 minutes. New culvert installed — safe to drive, take it slow.

• No pets.

• No camper trailers. Violators forfeit full damage deposit.

• Strict 10 PM quiet hours per HOA. Please respect neighbors.

• Ideal Beach Resort access included. $150 replacement fee if access card is not returned at check-out.

• Ideal for large groups, family reunions, and multi-family getaways.

• Winter visitors: prepare for mountain driving (snow tires/chains Dec-March).

• Area known for boating, hiking, ATV, skiing, snowmobiling.

• Important: This home is NOT lakefront. The cabin sits in the Sweetwater neighborhood, ~1.9 miles (5 min) from Bear Lake. Lake access via complimentary Ideal Beach Resort private beach (included with your stay).

We want your stay to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Guests have self check-in, so you can arrive on your own schedule.
