Views, views, views! Welcome to the beautiful Lakeview Summit at Harbor Village. *PRIVATE HOT TUB ON DECK!** This cabin offers exactly the sort of spacious paradise its name implies. This well-designed lodge has beautiful finishes and room to spare with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 large family rooms, a roomy loft, a ping pong table, and a double shot. The open kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs, includes two refrigerators and there is plenty of room for everyone around the bar and dining table or enjoy eating on the deck on the patio tables. Relax in a leather recliner and get cozy around the fireplace enjoying one of multiple HD flat-screen TVs and cable. All linens, towels, and soap are also provided. When you're not enjoying Bear Lake's spectacular attractions, soak in the stunning view from one of the large covered decks facing the lake and marina, or enjoy instant access to ATV trails literally right outside your door. During the summer months enjoy sailing, boating, water skiing, tubing, and fishing in the beautiful Bear Lake. Horseback riding, mountain biking, and hiking are also our family favorites. Paddleboards and kayaks for you on-site to enjoy at the lake included in your rental. Bundle up in the winter and indulge in some of the country's highest-rated snowmobiling areas only miles away along with downhill skiing, skating, and cross country skiing. *Sleeps 20 in private bedrooms. Please note there are two sets of triple bunk beds suitable for children only (6 beds total). If you have 20 adults please resort to sleeping 4 adults in hide-a-beds (located in upstairs loft and basement family room) and not in bunk beds. Brand new self-inflatable queen mattress, as well as 7 thick foam mattress pads, are available for use as well.

Family Reunion fun

Having grown up in Idaho, it was a chance to take my family back to the area that I grew up in. Our group came from California, Nevada, Arizona to see the beautiful Bear Lake area. My grandchildren hado an amazing time, and the house was perfect for our needs. The kayaks, and paddle boards were a nice addition, we truly enjoyed the property.

We had a great time with our extended family at the property. The layout is perfect for group gatherings and accommodating several families. The kitchen was stocked with everything we wanted and more. There were several other thoughtful touches that made it very welcoming and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the back deck with the beautiful view of the lake. Communication with the host was 5*. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for somewhere to stay near Bear Lake.

Perfect in every way

This place has it all. The kitchen had all the amenities to cook, bake and serve. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo/conditioner and soap. Serval towels for a housefull of guests.Space for everyone to enjoy themselves and the 3 different levels all with a perfect view of Bear Lake.Hard to leave this place. It provided the perfect place for us to enjoy our family and a table big enough for us to all sit around and enjoy Easter dinner.

Property was great, plenty of room when we discovered 3 fold out couches downstairs! The view was beautiful and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Had all Our kitchen needs. We did have to ask for more sheets but got them quickly! It’s a windy drive up to the top and was a little challenging with parking our vehicles but we made it work!

Once we got to the property we had a small issue with one of the fridges I contacted one of the owners and she was amazing to speak to and was on top of fixing the problem. Communication was outstanding and they provided details in full which I loved. The home was spacious for our group. Location was great. The house in itself was amazing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a larger group. We couldn't find the cleaning solution for the hot tub but then found them in a different location. Words can not describe how much I enjoyed this house. Myself and my little niece wanted to stay longer. We cried because we did not want to leave. Thank you for allowing me and my family to enjoy our stay that we do each year in memory of my son that passed.

Girls Weekend

We had a girls weekend/retreat at this gorgeous property. There are multiple large rooms to fit large amounts of people. The host was responsive and helpful. It snowed on the morning of check out and we had some vehicles stuck and the owner was so helpful, texting me on a Sunday morning to help find ice melt and shovels. Then they also mailed me my jacket that got left behind in the rush and stress of getting all the cars out. I was so impressed. Not only with the gorgeous property (the view is outrageously stunning, watching the sunrise in the hot tub, WOW) but the host was incredible to work with. We absolutely would stay here again. Wonderful get-away

We went to Bear Lake to enjoy the mountains, the lake, and participate in a race (biking, swimming, running). My brothers, their spouses, and children joined mine for the weekend as they were also racing. The space was perfect to meet our needs and had everything we desired for a fun get-away. The kids loved the ping pong, movies, basketball and hot tub (so did the adults). The property was clean, well maintained, spacious, and accommodating. Also the views were incredible. The driveway is a little tricky. Izzy is 9 and says “It was big, fun, and enjoyable.” Seth is 8 and says “I give it 5 stars.”

Great Family Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cabin. The kids loved the upper and lower decks, and spent a lot of time in the loft and outside. The common space was excellent, the kitchen easily accommodated all members of our family, and we loved the seating outside. We would definitely stay here again.
