Nestled near the brilliant blue waters of the “Caribbean of the Rockies”, this 5 bedroom, 3 bath townhome in Garden City, Utah offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Located one block from Bear Lake Blvd and two blocks from the beach, we pride ourselves with having one of the best locations in Garden City. Spend a day on the lake or up on the slopes at Beaver Mountain. Perfect for families and groups, this well-appointed all seasons property provides the ultimate location for relaxation and play. Kick off your shoes and kick back surrounded by the natural beauty of Bear Lake while creating memories with your loved ones.

The Space

Step inside our newly-built townhome to find a comfortable and relaxing space. Unwind in our cozy family room for entertainment on the 65 inch ultra-high-definition TV or by playing games tucked away in the tv console. Discover a fully-equipped modern kitchen, complete with cookware, crockpot, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and microwave. A large refrigerator and pantry hold all of your groceries. The one car garage has been turned into a game room including table tennis, foosball and double shot basketball for all your game and sports enthusiasts. Pull out the provided grill for an evening BBQ under the stars.

Our second floor includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms and a dedicated work space within the master bedroom. Each bedroom has a blackout cellular shade with the exception of one windowless bonus room. All bedrooms also enjoy wall-mounted TVs and closets.

Enjoy a show at the Pickleville Playhouse just 3 miles away.

Beaver Mountain Resort, Bear Lake Golf Course,

Bear Lake Market (0.3 miles) and Mike’s Market (0.6 miles)
will have any food or toiletries needs you may have while
staying at our townhome. Ace Hardware (0.6 miles) is a good resource for sporting goods, BBQ supplies and tools.

The Lake

Bear Lake Marina is just 1.3 miles away and best of all,
the beach is just 2 blocks away. North Beach State Park in Idaho has a beautiful beach and the drive around the lake is worth your time.

Bear foot bungalow is a super nice place!

Great place! Lots of room for everyone! It was very clean, but the housekeeping left a pile of sheets in the pull out room and there were so many snack wrappers and lost treats under the couch when we pulled out the bed. Not a big deal, because everything else was spot less!!! We loved how they thought of everything: beach towels, beach wagon and lots of sand toys. Inside there were a bunch of games and puzzles! We were never bored!

Beautiful place

We loved staying here, and it looked exactly as it did online. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and the beds were super comfy and plenty of room to sleep. Also, so close to Bear Lake and restaurants. Would love to go back more in season!

Fantastic staycation

Absolutely a wonderful experience! This was a pretty central area for my kids and grandkids to gather. Other than not so sharp kitchen knives (a personal pet peeve) everything was perfect. I highly recommend-we will stay here again. Thanks Julianne!!

Lots of room, great use of the bedrooms, clean and works great for any size group.

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. We spent the long weekend skiing at Beaver Mountain, and this was a great place to rest and sleep off a long day on the slopes! Lots of bedrooms, and love that the bunk room has multiple beds. Very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with any thing you might need to prepare your meals. We will stay again!

Perfect Place

Went for a long weekend to ski Beaver Ski Resort and wanted to stay in Garden City/Bear Lake as we have never been there. Such a cold weekend but this townhouse was perfect to staying cozy after the mountain. Everything about this place was Perfect! Cant wait to stay again, hopefully when its warmer.

Excellent Getaway for the Holiday!

We decided to get away for the Christmas Holiday and we found this property available. The property was super easy to find and right close to the store and gas station. It is located close to downtown for any other restaurants. It is also located near the beach and the canyon for any other adventures. The property was super clean, updated, spacious and had all of the amenities that we wanted for our family. The host was very responsive and helpful during all of the planning and stay. The furniture, beds, linens, soaps, appliances, etc. all functioned perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. If time permits, I would love to stay again!

So clean and nice and just a 3 minute walk to the center of town!

This VRBO was so close to town! We also loved the number of rooms and bathrooms for our two families that stayed for a weekend at Bear Lake. Everything was clean and well stocked. We appreciated how thoughtful the owners were in their choices to stock the kitchen. The owner was responsive and helpful. Great stay! We hope to be back next year!!

Couldn’t ask for more

Host/Julianne was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to help us out. During the stay I ordered something from Amazon thinking it would be delivered to the door. It was delivered to the post office and Julianna helped us get it figured out to get the package. Then, after we checked out, we realized we forgot an important part for our boat once again, Julianna had a lightening fast response to help us get it back and get on our way. The townhome was extremely clean and perfectly stocked and they thought of everything with TV’s in every room, comfortable beds etc etc. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and I would definitely book again.

Excellent Bear Lake Townhome.

This was a perfect spot for our family of 6. The townhome was clean, well appointed with comfortable beds. The location lacked scenic views, but made up for this with quick, easy access to downtown Garden City and nearby recreational activities. This a spot we would definitely stay at again!
