At your vacation home, the living space's abundance of natural light and plush furniture are there to welcome you after your adventures. Bear Lake Getaway

The property was a perfect place for our family to gather. It was equipped with everything you would need for a fun beach getaway and is located within easy walking distance to beach, many activities, grocery store etc. We would recommend this property.

Clean, Comfortable, Modern home

This was a great house. My kids loved the video games provided, and we took advantage of the inflatable paddle-boards provided as well. Super convenient for groceries as it's a 5 minute walk to the grocery store. Pickleball supplies also provided, with public courts less than a mile away. Sadly we ran out of time and did not get a chance to try them out. The Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. My kids felt very bougie with the bidet attachment on the master toilet.

First visit to Bear Lake...but not our last :)

We had such a great time vacationing in Garden City. The property was perfect for our family of 6. Each of the 3 couples (one with a baby) had their own room. The property had everything we needed and more. We were grateful that they would allow dogs. Even though we were prepared with our own crate, blankets, food dishes and leash - it was nice that the property had necessary items, too. When we arrived, the garbage was completely full and would not be emptied until our departure day. We contacted guest services, and the sent someone over within the hour to empty it. Overall it was one of the best places we have stayed.

June Getaway to the Lake

This property was wonderful. It was in a great location and walkable to the grocery store. It was a very quiet neighborhood and felt safe! My only two complaints is the upstairs is so hot. The master has a ceiling fan but the other two rooms do not it would be nice to add an oscillating fan. The a/c had to run for hours to cool it off! The other one is the two guest rooms do not have shade on the upper windows so when the sun comes up it's bright in each room which made it hard to sleep past 6am. Other than those the place was fantastic. They had things I didn't even think I would need, and they had a big basket full of dog stuff for my dog! Absolutely recommend!
