Property description is a bit misleading

Check in was fast and vacasa staff was amazing. The home is beautiful as described but the parking is a stretch at best. They claim you can park 7 vehicles. We had 5 full size vehicles and we were almost on the lawn. The photos show a large driveway and it is extremely small. We booked this location with a large driveway so we could park jetskis. The property claims you can park next to the property but that is innacurate. You can only park in an overflow area. We made the mistake of parking next to the home in a vacant lot and the HOA was barking down our neck within an hour. Even tthough the description claims we can park there. Obvious issue between HOA and owner. Thr home is HOT. The Air conditioning is not sufficent for the home. We left the windows open all night and the temperature only came down to 78 degrees. Also didnt sleep much that night because this property is right next to the main highway between utah and idaho. Lots of traffic. Vacasa did is a huge favor and brought an additional air conditioning unit that worked fantastic. I really wanted to like the property but the HOA is terrible and the air issue needs to be fixed. Beautiful home but we wont be staying here again whereas the HOA is not watercraft friendly

Great location and accommodated our group of 14 well. We loved the layout and access to walking paths. We were within walking distance of raspberry shakes and had a wonderful time. The nice beaches are 15-20 minutes away. The house was modern and fairly new.

Beautiful home in an unfortunate location

The home was beautiful, well appointed and great design. it was clean
.. but, it backs up to the main road going through bear lake. It is incredibly busy in the summer. There is no back fence so in addition to the constant noise and cars passing 50’ from the backyard, we wouldn’t let young kids play out there unsupervised. Additionally, the AC system is weak. It was 91 outside on the hottest day we were there, and we could never get the downstairs below 76. That is not incredibly hot, I know, but to have a $1 million dollar plus house where they cheaped out and only air conditioned the upstairs seems weird. We wouldn’t rent this home again.

Pretty Good Overall

All was pretty good except there is not AC on the main level, only upstairs. We never could get the temperature below 77 degrees. We were told the main level doesn’t have it’s own AC unit. Besides that the house was good.

Brand New and Beautiful!

The home was absolutely gorgeous and in a wonderful location by the water. We stayed here for a work conference, and having separate bathrooms for each bedroom was ideal. Everyone was impressed and happy with the stay.

Nice weekend getaway

This house is updated and has plenty of space for an enjoyable weekend getaway. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The house is walking distance to the boat dock and a nice walk to the restaurants. Zipz was the best place we eat at. The kitchen is large engough to cook amazing meals! Even thou it's on the main road it's very quiet inside the house. The views of the lake are nice from those bedrooms.

PERFECT LITTLE GETAWAY!!

Perfect house for friends and family celebrating New Years and a friends birthday! Great location right by the store. BEAUTIFUL view out the BIG windows over looking the lake! Totally equipped with everything needed. I would recommend this place! We will be back! :)

Beautiful Home

Beautiful Home. Spotlessly clean and close to the beach, grocery store and food places. It backs up to the bike/walking path which was fun. A few things to be aware of: Be extremely careful in the master shower. It has gorgeous glass tile, but is dangerously slippery! We put towels on the floor while shower as we didn’t feel safe. Also the landscape lighting made it super bright inside at night so it was difficult to sleep. The house is right on the main road so there was a lot of traffic noise. Over all we enjoyed our stay, but would have preferred a quieter location.

Beautiful home

Such an amazing place! Right across from the lake and next to the marina. The house is beautiful just as pictured! Big beautiful windows, wonderful rooms gorgeous bathrooms and very clean! A must stay! We will be back it’s a jem!

Great place to spend a weekend

Nice home with plenty of room for our 13 family members. Property manager came to our rescue when our air conditioning wasn’t cooling. This home is still pretty new so was bummed that there was no grass for family to enjoy with the children. Also landscapers were in the house when we got there and were also enjoying the patio while we where there and trashes were already full when we got there (management also took care of this for us). Just wished we would have known that the outdoors weren’t ready. But hopefully next time it well be all ready for the next vacationers.
