Broken AC

They had no one at office after a certain time, they did out our room key into a lock box with a combination code. Had trouble with door to get into room. Once we finally got in room was clean. No was wash rags (which was fine I bring my own) but the biggest issue I had was the AC did Not Work. We had to open the window (thank goodness it was a cool night instead of hot) and since one was in the office I couldn't even get someone to come fix our AC. In the morning when leaving still no one in office so I can speak to about it. Smh. Overall not somewhere we would stay again.

Room was dirty. They did not provide clean linens for day 2. Sewer smells from sinks. Room smelled of smoke. Dark & nasty. Should not be offered on Expedia.

Close to downtown... basic place but we only needed a place to sleep...

Good for low budget requirement

The location of this property is just across from the port. Very bad smell in the area along with noise. Multiple trains at night. Our room smelled of smoke and permeated all our luggage and clothes. There is nothing that you can safely walk to from this location but Savannah is a short drive. The property is in disrepair but under new ownership. I spoke with the owner and he intends to do repairs. (Open outlets, wifi unable to connect, leaking toilet...) There are multiple cameras and a well lit parking lot for safety. Front desk, cleaning staff and owner were all polite. Price is very competitive.

Hi Max Andrew, thank you for your feedback... We are happy to inform you we have covered the power outlet and toilet water no longer runs. We have Comcast putting fiber lined to our inn this month and we hope to have stronger wi-fi in a few weeks... Our rooms are non-smoking but some guests do not obey our request not to smoke in the room. We are always happy to switch a room for our guests.
