Our luxury apartment Diamante is located on the second floor of a new building with only 9 apartments in Gardone Riviera and is ideal for max. 5 people.In the apartment, there are two beautiful bedrooms with double beds, each bedroom has a work desk for possible home office. The main bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a shower. In the apartment, we find a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a large panoramic window with lake view and a spacious furnished balcony, where you can enjoy moments with lake view, or wake up with your yoga morning routine.The lovingly furnished living room features a smart TV, a cozy sofa bed, and a dining table. In the bathroom, you will find a shower, as well as a hairdryer and a washing machine.The vacation apartment is equipped with an air conditioning unit in the living room and a split system is located in a central position for both bedrooms. The air conditioning is included, on the condition that it is used with closed windows and doors, otherwise 15 euros per day will be charged.In summer, the rooftop swimming pool with lake view invites you to refreshing moments, each vacation apartment has 2 sun loungers in the pool's solarium zone. Swim cap required.A public, free parking lot is located directly in front of the house. Additionally, our guests have access to a private parking space in the underground garage for smaller vehicles.The beautiful Spiaggia CasinĂČ beach is within a 3-minute walk. Good shopping opportunities in the village, restaurants nearby, and many attractions within a 40 km radius. Voyage en famille avec de jeunes enfants
Points forts : PropretĂ©, commoditĂ©s et Ă©tat et installations de l’hĂ©bergement.
Große, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf den See. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alle Utensilien die mach benötigt, was mal eine schöne Abwechslung ist. Der saubere Pool bietet eine noch schönere Aussicht. Wir waren die ganze Woche quasi alleine am Pool. Die Strandpromenade ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar und wenn man etwas laufen möchte, auch der Supermarkt. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war vor dem Haus auch immer ein Parkplatz frei. Einzig die LĂ€rmkulisse am Abend von der nahen VeranstaltungslokalitĂ€t ist negativ zu erwĂ€hnen. HierfĂŒr können die Vermieter selbstverstĂ€ndlich nichts. Und wunderte dies eh, da in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft der LokalitĂ€t hochpreisige Hotels sind und die GĂ€ste dort den LĂ€rm noch lauter hören mĂŒssen. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern, Klimaanlage und ggf. Oropax ist es aber kein Problem.

Apartment Diamante is situated in a quiet apartment complex within a ten minute walk of the small resort. There you will find some lovely restaurants and shops to browse. It has a free car park right in front of the block and a lovely rooftop pool which very few people use. Nearby is a family bakery (the ciabatta is as light as a cloud) but the supermarket is a short car ride away. The apartment is spacious with a large balcony where we ate every day. The apartment is well equipped for self-catering and has a large fridge freezer. Everything was super clean, including the oven. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious with hair dryers and a washing machine. I requested an extra hand towel each and the agent delivered them the next day. The agent also provided superb pictorial instructions as to how to find the apartment so we had no difficulty whatsoever in locating it.The stay would have been improved if a handbook for the air conditioning was available. It wasn't until two days before we left that we discovered how it works. Also, the hot water was sometimes a bit of a mystery, especially in the kitchen. A few basics such as salt and pepper and/or herbs would have helped too as we had to buy everything from scratch although a welcome pack containing olive oil and washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets was provided. Having said that, we would definitely return to this apartment as the aspect,looking at the lake through the trees, is wonderful.
