The "Blaue Haus" is a charming, listed and lovingly renovated building in Swiss house style dating from 1908. It is situated in a sunny, central location, close to the historic centre of Partenkirchen in the well-known holiday resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and close to many great hiking trails, cable cars and ski areas.

Modern living in listed architecture - the ideal setting for a successful holiday in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The light-flooded holiday flat is located on the top floor and offers a magnificent view of the Zugspitze and Alpspitze peaks. It has been rated 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.

It has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a hallway with dining area, 3 bedrooms and a small bathroom with shower and offers space for up to 5 people.

The flat has 2 balconies, from the kitchen balcony you have a view of the Garmisch-Partenkirchen ski jump. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a storage room for skis or bikes. There is a shared garden which you are welcome to use. A small beer garden and a bus stop are right next to the house.
