It is a 2-room apartment with two balconies, directly on the river "Kanker".

The living room includes a comfortable couch, a flat screen TV, as well as a dining table in a slightly separate dinette. Many windows provide ample light, and one of the two balconies is accessible from the living room.

The hallway leads to the back of the apartment, where the bedroom with attached bathroom awaits. Bright country furniture provides the right flair to feel comfortable. Also here is a flat screen TV and also a second balcony, from which you can look directly at the small river "Kanker" and also "listen".

Also in the daylight bathroom you have enough space to spread out. For water rats there is a bathtub, but also a separate shower is ready.

The kitchen is accessible from the hallway and equipped with stove as well as oven.There is also a separate toilet.In the basement is the underground garage, a ski room as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Nice quite place

Very comfortable and quiet place to stay. Quick communication from the owner, however, the management company was a little slow to respond. Location was good, however it is located near a busy road. Lots close by within waking distance.

Lovely stay in a beautiful town

Great communication with the property manager! We had an issue with the internet on the first day (it was a little spotty). While we were working on figuring out what the issue was, the property manager checked in with us to see how check in went and how we liked the apartment. Both were great, but we communicated the internet issue, and the staff came out quickly and reset the modem and it was solved! The flat is spacious, airy, and a beautiful view of the mountains from the living area, and lovely sounds of a waterway off the bedroom and bathroom area. The apartment building and the flat are pristine and the garage parking a real plus. It is necessary to bring your baggage up two floors from the garage. The garbage instructions are a little complicated, but our stay—6 nights—was so lovely and really not long enough for us. We will return!! There is some traffic noise during the day in the front living area with the windows open (negligible with them closed) but otherwise a very peaceful stay. Do not hesitate to book!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann bequem zu Fuß in den Ort, zur Olympiaschanze und zur Partnachklamm. Die Größe der Wohnung ist auch prima, großes Bad und Schlafzimmer mit sehr viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet und es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden.

Wir haben eine Wohnung vorgefunden, die top sauber und gepflegt war. Es war alles Vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Matratzen waren fest und nicht durchgelegen. Die Tiefgarage war auch sehr gut, das der Parkraum sonsi sehr beschränkt war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit diese Ferienwohnung noch mal buchen!!!

Angenehme schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf die Berge. Verkehr der B23 hörbar, aber noch OK. Sehr gut ob der Parksituation in der kurzen Zufahrtsstraße ist der zugehörige Stellplatz im Keller.

Lediglich der Verkehr auf der Hauptstraße wäre auf dem Balkon etwas nervig gewesen, der wurde aber wegen des Wetters sehr wenig genutzt… Ansonsten war es SEHR sauber und wunderbar eingerichtet! Die Lager war top, ebenso wie die Ausstattung! War vermutlich nicht das letzte Mal!

Toller Urlaub mit nur kleinem Problemen

Als Stamm-GAP-Urlauber zum ersten Mal in Partenkirchen niedergelassen. In der Nähe des Skistadions gelegen, die Wege nach Garmisch sind zum Beispiel mit dem Fahrrad gut zu schaffen. Auffällig stark ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung selbst - vor allem in der Küche wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Kleinere Probleme gab es nur bei der vereinbarten Schlüsselübergabe per Tresor vor dem Haus, der lag meiner Ankunft (nach Bürozeit) leider nicht drin. Ein Mitarbeiter kam innerhalb von 20 Minuten aber mit dem Fahrrad vorbei und regelte das. Die Kosten fürs Taxi zur Wohnung sind nur wegen der Wartezeit ganz schön in die Höhe gegangen.

Wir haben die ruhige Lage des Schlafzimmers mit dem Geräusch des plätschernden Baches als sehr angenehm empfunden.Die Nähe der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße und die damit verbundene Lärmbelastung auf dem Balkon hat uns etwas gestört. Die Nähe zu Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Ludwigstraße war gut, mit der Einschränkung des Fußweges dorthin (s.o.) Drei schöne und aktive Wochen

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Wanderungen direkt zu Fuß starten. Selbst das Wetter hat es gut mit uns gemeint. Wir fühlten uns gut betreut und freuen uns schon auf Zeit über Weihnachten. Vielen Dank. Wäre schön, wenn die Eigentümer mal die Büsche beschneiden, damit der herrliche Bergblick nicht verloren geht.

Eine wunderbar entspannte Woche in einem perfekten Umfeld!

Ruhige, komfortable Wohnung nur wenige Meter neben der Hauptstraße (was man tatsächlich nicht merkt). Einmalige Lage zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen Bergtouren sind zum Teil sogar ohne Anfahrt mit dem Auto möglich. Das Team der Gastgeber ist überaus aufmerksam. Eine Rundum-Wohlfühlpaket :-)! Es fällt mir hier nichts Negatives ein.

Gemütliche und gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit gutem Schlafkomfort, zwei Balkonen und schöner Aussicht auf den Garten, Wald und Berggipfel. Trotz stark befahrener B2 ruhig gelegen. Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Kostenlose Nutzung der Busse mit Kurkarte "Gapacard"; sehr positiv. Wir haben uns bei teils hochsommerlichen Temperaturen sehr wohl gefühlt.
