Check-in was smooth. Strong cleaning product odor when entering the lobby. We were given a room right next to the elevator, which is typical when booking through 3rd party. Bad sewer like odor in the area of the elevator and laundry area which was right outside our room. There was a slight gap between door and frame. Room and bed linens were clean. Blackout curtain was detached on center corner of one side. Sink did not drain well. Shower had good water pressure. The sleeve for the key card looked as if it had been re-used multiple times. Breakfast was okay, waffles and sausage good, no fresh fruit or yogurt. Food counter and tables were clean.

That was good. We didn’t like the beds. They were not comfortable. Also, there was somebody above us that made noise half the night we complained and they said that they talked to him and they finally stopped late at late at night.
