3BR/2BA Pedestal-style (stand-alone) condo sitting atop a beautiful ridge in the Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg. This condo is part of the Gold Crown TreeTops Resort which offers 3 outdoor pools, 2 kiddie pools, 1 indoor pool, 5 hot tubs, BBQ gas grills, indoor racquetball court, putting green, shuffleboard court, fitness center, playground, and basketball goal.

There is a master BR with king bed, a 2nd downstairs BR with a queen bed, a loft BR with twin beds, and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for use, towels and linens are provided. There is a very nice outdoor grilling and eating area close to the condo. Must be at least 21-years-old to lease and have a valid credit card for check-in.
