This cabin offers its guests a seasonal outdoor pool. The front desk is open around the clock. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Absolutely beautiful property and very well maintained. Plenty of dishes and cookware and other supplies.
I gave a 3 star rating versus a 5 for the following reasons:
1. The temperature of the suite on the lower level was extremely cold. We had to get very creative with insulating the room and closing the other vents upstairs. The temperature on the other levels were comfortable.
2. There were lady bugs flying and dying everywhere. Harmless lady bugs but it was annoying.
3. In the lower suite, wasn't able to close the bathroom door. It constantly sticks and gets caught on metal strip at the floor. Twice I was trapped in the bathroom and it took two of us to maneuver the door open. At that point we just decided that closing the door wasn't a good idea. Unfortunately, we had to shower and use the bathroom with the door open.
We made the best out of everything. Overall, everything was good with the exception of those minor challenges that can be easily resolved. I definitely would stay again; assuming those challenges are addressed.
Place was generally clean and welcoming. Over all the stay was great and the views were amazing.
Lights did not function on front porch or on one of the back porches. There were dead bugs under the bed in the lower part of the home. Wish there was more dishwasher pods given.
