They called to cancel my reservation and never refunded me.

I was on a trip passing through several states and two days before my reservation the manager called me saying that they were having problems with the hot water in the middle of winter and that he could not rent me the room. I understood the case and said it was ok for him to refund the reservation, but to this day they have never refunded me. This is fraud.

Our room was very clean. The kitchen that was provided was clean. The only thing that bothered us is that our room smelled a bit like mold and the was a dampness in the air. The people working there were very nice and helpful.

I thought there was more to this room then just a room. This was very convient but just not what I expected. The sheets was not dried all the way.

Great vacation spot

Loved gatlinburg very nice town. People all very nice and the town is very welcoming. Didn't get to see a bear but maybe next time . Room very clean and on-site manager is quick to respond. Only down fall was parking wasn't the best at the place we stayed and there isn't good smoking spot there either. But over all had fun would stay there again. Oh and if u are interested in seeing a bear there is a park there where they release trout and the bears come right up while they release and catch the trout its on a Thursday between 5 and 7 pm
